Bram DeSmit’s second book The Strategy Driven Supply Chain builds on the supply chain triangle of Service, Cost and Cash and layers on how to better design a strategy-driven supply chain. He further helps to lay out the value a business can gain when linking the business strategy with the supply chain strategy.

Supply chains post COVID are experiencing unprecedented challenges and are now being viewed as as key success factor for organizations. Therefore, I highly recommend to all Board of Directors, CEO’s, CFO’s, Supply Chain leaders and consultants to read both of Bram DeSmit’s books. They will help you better understand the relationship between Service, Cost, and Cash and how this simple triangle requires significant understanding in order to grow both Revenue as well as Profitability.
