There's no denying that the global business environment is rapidly changing and business leaders, and employees, must be prepared to change - quickly! This book takes a human centric approach to organisational change, and overall is one I would recommend. It's well researched, and structured, providing reflection and strategies for dealing with the future of work and rapid change.
