Another one where a therapist and/or coach, in essence someone who works with people one-on-one, decided they'd condense their 'methods' and methodology in a book to help more people. Laudable in intention, but why do people actually go to a coach or therapist? Because of the one-on-one, and the 'outside eyes' of this other person who can provide perspective on one's own issues and situation. How, then, will a book telling you 'Identify what X is to you' helpful? Because if the person already knew what their 'X' was, they'd have been hard at it already, don't you think?
As such, not one I'd recommend. It ends up boggling the reader and confusing/confounding the issue more for anyone trying to wade through without an actual coach/therapist to guide them through it all one-on-one.

Maximum Results was a much better read than I expected. I hate to say many self help books are usually just regurgitating info you can google or have seen in a dozen other books. However, this book was really well done with a great presentation style. The book is a good read on the subject.

This is a fantastic book on taking action and making changes. It is written in a very simplified manner with many step by step exercises and thoughtful questions to help the reader move forward. The author makes a lot of great points and I found myself very motivated from reading the book!

Maximum Results exceeded my expectations on every count. As the name suggests, the central theme of the book is around achieving results that are beyond your expectations and the book surely delivers that.
The book is full of actionable insights which can be put to use immediately. It gives a very unique perspective on how we usually pursue our dreams/goals which leads to mediocre results and supplements it with a method that can lead to maximum results. The book has some great examples and I found the book to be a very enjoyable read. The concepts are very well laid out, clear, and to the point. Would highly recommend it.
