This book feels that every poem can unfold in different cities and elsewhere. As if the writer were able to express these thoughts in so many ways.

Even though I didn't connect with all of them, I did find some poems very inspiring and beautifully written. ''The Knight'' was one of my favorites ones. I can't wait to see what the author will do next.

The paragraph and short essay style of poems aren't for me. Thus, I was unable to fully enjoy it since it is not my cup of tea. My respect and admiration to the author for her wise words and for sharing her stories.

This was a good book. I was a bit surprised at some of the longer prose-style poetry, but I really enjoyed her musings. I enjoyed how the longer pieces were interspersed with shorter ones as well. I would recommend this book to those looking for a short, enjoyable read.

Slow to start but littered with gems, this is an intimate and ultimately moving collection of poetry and short essays that feels like it could do with a decent edit. Each poem is accompanied by a location, the locations spanning continents. The basic idea behind this is a great one, but doesn't do much to infuse the poems themselves with a sense of time or place, leaving the collection feeling a little generic. Stand out work for me was Sour Stomach: Sweet Memory.

The Taxi Driver was probably the only poem I loved, I'd say the poems got better near the end when she is actually writing about something real (especially her poem about endometriosis, which was very moving and the last poem Muffins & Self-Interrogation). 90% of this is filler, and almost all the poetry in the first 55 pages is saying absolutely nothing meaningful at all.

Very much part of the Rupi Kaur school of poetry. Very accessible for new poetry readers, and I think they would find it meaningful.

To start off I just want to mention how stunning the writing in this book is! Oh My God definitely some of the best writing ive read in a while! The writing though out this collection reads so elegantly.
March touches upon topics such as world travel, womanhood, body, creativity, and emotion which was wonderful to read especially with the location above each poem. The only critique I have is that some of the poems dragged on which resulted in this taking longer then expected to read

This poetry was simply not anything I enjoyed. It was raw and rough, didn't flow, and felt very much like it needed editing. That's just my opinion, but I won't be reviewing it online, as I don't like to hurt the author's feelings or discourage others who may enjoy this style of poetry.

This book is all about Kate March’s experience with womanhood, traveling many countries, creativity, maturity, etc. It’s all about her life’s journey. Now, I see the potential of this book and I am absolutely in love with the idea it was set out to achieve. I also love the cover and title. However, I feel that the poems got lost in the “ideal” more than the practical. By this I mean, it was too predictable, that it was more tell than show. I can clearly see the goal outlined for it, but it was executed quite poorly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

While this author clearly has a way with words and I cannot deny her talent, I just didn't especially connect with the poems. I felt the majority of the time that I was just on the periphery and never fully understood what she was experiencing/why/how.

I really loved this poetry book, I related to the places and locations being described and it certainly conjured up some memories and vision. Will follow this author/artist and see more of her work. Thank you #NetGalley for the copy.

Besides the last couple of poems, most of this was trite and boring and I was really disappointed.

This book of poetry was beautiful and moving. I loved that each poem was tied to a place, and that these places were often far apart in both location, environment, and culture. This was a unique and enjoyable book.

This is a collection of poems depicting different thoughts and musings on different places which probably describes personal issues and growth about different women.

"I am the human hermit crab, growing the shell until I feel constricted by my own growth."

Divided into three main sections "The Dawning (Surrender)", "The Flow (Movements) and "The Stillness (Disruptions)", the different poems define emotions, the fear and the transformation, the sufferings and the celebrations, the cries and the joys, the sacred homes and the unknown places, the different things which mean differently and the things which we all can relate to.

This is a unique collection full of diversity with each page filled with the thoughts of different lives around the world.
