'Targets of Treachery' started strong, however I put it down over two years ago and have not felt the inclination to pick it back up. I have tried to continue reading several times with it failing to grab my interest.

Due to this, I have decided to mark it as a DNF.

It may be something I come to later.

Griff Hosker is an immediate must read author for me. This book was great, it is part of a larger series though so make sure to read the first three before this one. As always, excellent attention to detail, fantastic descriptions of locations and people, and first class battle scenes.

I have been a long time Hosker fan and this didn’t disappoint. The author did a wonderful job pulling together the story and transition of Warbow and his archers back to England and the battlefields of Wales.

While there were elements that felt a little repetitive I still thoroughly enjoyed the progression and store building hosker has done.
