Looks like a lot of really nice recipes, I haven't had a chance to try them out yet but I can't wait to. I have a lot of friends that have a gluten intolerance so this will be a welcome addition to my shelf!
It's well written and the images just made me hungry (they look so good!) I enjoyed the way she has written it and the fun little anecdotes, the info on gluten was good, with far more detail than I've ever gone into.

What is surprised how versatile this book was. I’ve known I should try gluten free for a long time due to intolerance issues and this book really helped me to understand recipes that I could try and enjoy!

I absolutely ,love how comprenhsive this book is. It is utterly inspiring, and shows that you can. be gluten free and still have a diverse range of amazing food including brownies, cookies, cakes, dessert, loafs, breads, pizzas. The photos alone are an utter delight. Savoury dishes feature as well as sweet, and again the range of dishes is extensive. All look delicious - I have made the 'Mama's Enchilada pie' and can testify that it is every bit as delicious as the name suggests. This utterly scrumptious creation was easy to make and will definitely feature in my 'go-to' repertoire!

This is a book I wouldn't hesitate to anyone on a gluten free diet, or catering to this specify dietary requirement.

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy

A great book and useful reference for coeliacs. There is a wide range of recipes which are well set out and easy to follow

I love baking. I bake almost every week. I like to test the recipes. And gluten-free baking is always my nightmare. This is something that I am not good at it. I am good at vegan baking recipes but gluten-free? Very difficult to make beautiful cakes. But this book proves to me I am wrong. The pictures are so beautiful here, and motivate me to make GF sweets & desserts!

Some delicious sounding recipes which should help me cook some great things for my coeliac friend. So glad to have found this book.

My mouth was watering reading some of the recipes, I have yet to try some - but that's this weekend's task!
There are a handful of recipes here and there that could have been excluded and were very basic compared to other recipes. And like all American cookbooks, there's a handful of recipes that don't sound appetizing - so don't expect a cookbook with a 100% of recipes you need/want to make! I liked the inclusion of both US and metric measurements, photos for most if not all recipes, and notes for recipes. Looking forward to making some dishes soon.

I think this is a must have book for anyone who wants or needs to reduce/eliminate gluten from their diet.
It has lots of really great recipes that you know have been tried and tested over and over again until it was right and tasted good enough for the whole family to eat.
My thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and the author for allowing me to read this book in return for an honest review.

Absolutely love this book! Jennifer Fisher gives the reader in-depth explanations about gluten and being gluten-free. My sister, nephew and brother in law are gluten-free and I struggle to cook treats that we all can enjoy together. Cooking two separate cakes or dinners was stressful and expensive.

This book has encouraged and helped me to produce some delicious delights, which we all devoured! I feel less bloated eating gluten-free treats and this book really offers recipes for everyone.

Thank you to #netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to review this book.

This book is fab! I really enjoyed the introduction to Jennifer and her life and household. I am undergoing investigations for coeliac at the moment, so having recipes that I know won’t impact my health is great. There is such a fantastic variety. I can’t wait to make more of the recipes and would love to have a hard copy to refer to when cooking! I’d recommend it to anyone following a gluten free diet!

Many thanks to the author, Publishers and Netgalley for a free ARC of this ebook, in exchange for an unbiased review.
I love this book. It's full of gf recipes that I actually want to cook. In fact I've already cooked several of the recipes with great success. I can highly recommend it to those who need to avoid gluten in their food for health reasons and to those who must as they have coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity.
Five stars!

This is one of the best gluten-free recipe books I have ever come across. To start with it gives two recipes for making your own all purpose flour mix. It’s really expensive to buy gluten-free flour but mixing it yourself is so much cheaper. All the recipes look and sound delicious. Usually gluten-free products are heavy and stodgy but these look light and fluffy. I’ve made a couple the carrot and courgette muffins they turned out great. I really want to try the breads next and bought gluten-free breads taste like a house brick, heavy and gritty. Well done Jennifer Fisher.

A fantastic, definite 5 star cookbook to inspire those who are gluten intolerant. Whilst not having a problem with gluten myself, I have a number of friends and family who are, so this would be a useful book for anyone. The book gives an introduction to alternative gluten free ingredients plus combinations of flours to give a more successful bake. Although this book is written for the American market, I found that the recipes are very easy to follow this side of the Atlantic giving quantities in grams, with ounces in brackets, rather than cups, plus ordinary ingredients available everywhere. Most of the recipes are accompanied by stunning photographs to tempt anyone to have a go plus storage instructions including useful freezing on a lot of them, so one can get ahead. I shall be baking some of these in the coming week for a village event where I know there are gluten intolerant people to cater for.
