My daughter loved Supermarket Zoo and How to Grow A Dragon so we were excited to read another book by Caryl Hart.

This is another great book in the Albie series. This time Albie follows a little cat and goes on a magical adventure in the Stone Age where he meets a little cavegirl called Thorn, a Wooly rhino, a Wooly mammoth and a Sabre Tooth Tiger. As he follows the little kitten through some garden bushes it changes into a baby Sabre Tooth Tiger called Claw.

I loved the Stone Age items that children have to spot through the story. The illustrations are so vibrant and colourful and really draw young children to the story.

Another fantastically fun colourful adventure that children will love. This is also a great introduction to The Stone Age for young children. There is so much to learn!

Thank you to NetGalley and Simon and Schuster for this eARC.

'How To Track A Sabre-Toothed Tiger' is a wonderful adventure through the stone age! It is a truly great book that highlights the power of children's imagination, I personally LOVED how the author encourages children to seek certain prehistoric objects on different pages, it was a ingenious addition to an already great read!
