For someone starting out on TikTok as a content creator or just curious it is a great read full of inspirational ideas to try out.
However what would have made this novel even better is if it had an element of how you actually become successful as this novel is a pocket book of ideas to spark some imagination when you need some.

This book is an excellent primer for someone looking for ideas about starting a TikTok. It interviews prominent users, as well as exploring different genres of content creation. It is primarily a book to help spark inspiration - there aren’t really any practical tips on how to get started other than “just do it,” and some of the suggestions are also just a bit bizarre like recording someone snoring or not blinking for 60 seconds… if you already have started content creation and have a niche (eg booktok, which is not covered in this book), it probably won’t help all too much.

Really useful creative ideas, especially if you're trying to up your social media game for a small business.

This is pretty short so you can get through it quickly. I found it wasn't really suited to me, and i felt like i couldn't really utilise the book, it turns out tiktok is just way out of my comfort zone.

Great book for anyone who is actually excited about putting themselves out there.

Read this quite quickly - found this to be a good beginners guide and lots of ideas for Tik Tok. For myself, I'm a social media manager and found some of the tips I already knew, but a good refresher.

This book is engaging, entertaining and full of inspiration. I liked how Jorgenson starts each section off by engaging with prominent content creators in each of the particular niche areas on TikTok and asking them for their experience, where they get new ideas from and whether there is anything they struggle with in terms of creating content for TikTok. It has some great one-off ideas, great tips on how to keep ahead of trends and what other creators to follow!

A great place to reference if in a content creating slump/block. It’s insightful and super helpful! Will be referring to it frequently I’m sure.

For anyone wanting to better understand TikTok and why it has become such a cultural phenomenon, this is the book for you. Even if you have no intention of becoming a TikTok star, the suggested prompts are entertaining and inspire creativity. This book is amusing and clearly presented. It's a good laugh and a practical guide for those that are becoming active on TikTok.

What I liked is that it wasn't just one person talking about their experience of TikTok but incorporated lots of different Tiktok users and how they had used the platform. It was quick and easy to digest.

What I didn't like about it was that it was really hard to read on my kindle, it seemed not formatted correctly and parts of the pages were cut off. The overall book was a light, informative read.

This is full of great ideas of all kinds from challenges to dances to comedy videos. I love how easily everything is laid out and how some of ideas feature step by steps. Brilliant for any TikTok lover!

TikTok has taken over the world - and so this book was really useful in understanding how to create a great Tiktok page, i have used it to make my tiktok better!

I think the Young Adult readers in my library will enjoy this. It is full of ideas that young people will definitely embrace and is well written and very accessible.
