A must-read for anyone interested in leadership, and for anyone who wants to hear from a more diverse range of voices that typically seem featured in business books. Bonnie Hagemann relates stories of women who have made it to the top of their game. The interviews are candid and clear-eyed, with each interviewee relating their own sources of motivation discipline, and persistence.

Enjoyed reading about such powerful women - but what I felt the book lacked was concrete steps to achieve advancement.. What we need are guidelines to assist with navigating the corporate environment.

A quick read with lots of inspiration for any woman - or anyone really - looking at forging their own path. It's not a how to manual, but I did enjoy it. Thanks to netgalley and the publishers for the review copy.

Inspiring book of wisdom from very accomplished women. I loved reading the words of wisdom from each person. I did think it would be more of a "here are great steps to advance in your life and career" sort of book but it was still awesome to read about so many successful women out there!

The book can be read in one go just because it gives you the source of inspiration, shares the stories of couragu, vulnerability, resilience and gives you some advice. Flying through the stories of women in this book, you feel like a learning curve is there and you follow it, recognizing yourself from time to time in similar situations.
