Really loved this, its an easy read and goes to show how we really can learn lessons from dogs. They have no ulterior motive. Really lovely read for animal lovers.

Wow! I love the lessons and learning how to see our pups through new eyes. I thought I loved my digs before I read this! Now I can’t imagine loving them and more than I do, this book opening my eyes! Thank you!
I just reviewed 5 Things Your Dog Can Teach You About Love by Russ Bowman, as I received a copy from MetGalley. #5ThingsYourDogCanTeachYouAboutLove #NetGalley

This easy to read book is a good mix of life lessons and humor. We can all learn the simple joys of relationships from our pups! I would recommend this pleasure read as a stocking stuffer for the dog lover in your life. Thank you to Netgalley, Gatekeeper Press, and Russ Bowman for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Oh that was so much fun. Wish I had read this a few months ago when we first got our rescue dog. I could just see my dog in so many of the situations although we havent taken him to doggy day care we have taken him to dog playbarn and as soon as we drive up he just loves it.

The doorbell and knocking were described perfectly.

Loved the life lessons they rang so true once I thought about them.

Such an enjoyable book.

I was given a copy by netgalley and the publishers but the review is entirely my own.

If you like books written as if the animal was doing all the talking/writing, then this book might be for you. I was interested in learning the 'five things' but tired pretty quickly of this format (after a few chapters). A second attempt at reading resulted in a final decision -- A DNF. Perhaps this book would appeal to teens more than adults?

Read this out of interest I don’t have a dog myself but I know many people that got puppies as companionship in covid lockdown
I have read a lot of books but this one was fun to read and had a nice message woven into it at many points. Made me laugh at points.
I would highly recommend this book to the dog owners of the world.
Thank you NetGalley for the arc in exchange for an honest review
