This was a brilliant, fast-paced read. The story follows Anna, but also Margot, who's an operating nurse, and a police investigator, Rachel. The characters were perfectly fleshed out. The tension was palpable, and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough.
I found the medical procedures interesting, even though I'm usually not a fan of technical description.
The ending was both good and bad, but you will have to read it yourself to find out why. Highly recommend.

I was so excited to read this as it had addictive thriller written all over it but I wasn't sure how to rate it.
I couldn't put it down and raced through it but there were a few things I didnt enjoy as much.
For some reason I couldn't remember which character was which, even though it had the names at the beginning of each chapter, I had to start reading the chapter to remember who was who!

Without giving any spoilers i can't believe what one of the characters actually did and I was like omg!!! Couldnt stop reading but then in the middle it got a bit far fetched and I was like really?!
An addictive book but wasn't sure whether to rate 3 or 4 stars, decided on 4 only because I couldn't put it down and had to find out what happened.

I Decided to get this sample because I was intregued by the premiss of a thriller set in a hospital.

While I have only read the first chapter of the book the plot line and the writing in the short amount i did read has increased my intrest in the story.

Which means I can not wait to read the full version of Do No Harm by Jack Jordan

I hadn't realised this was only a chapter sampler when I downloaded and mistakenly thought it was the entire book. It's rather difficult to give any meaningful feedback on such a short extract but it is one that I would be very interested in reading based on what I've read so far as the premise is such an intriguing one.

Wasn't aware this was a Chapter only sampler - don't remember seeing that when requested?? - started ok but difficult to say with so little to go on tbh

Loved the first chapter and cant wait to read the rest of the book. Jack Jordan books are always gripping stories

It’s my first book by the author, I like his writing style and I can already tell I will love this book, just a shame that I have to wait for my preorder in June,, until I know what happens next.

Tense opening chapter of what appears to be a an interesting book. Whilst it’s impossible to judge a book by the first chapter this chapter is certainly a promising start and I would be intrigued to read more! Watch this space!

This story centres on Anna, who is a fine heart surgeon, mother to Zack, and going through a divorce. She arrives home one day to men everywhere in her home. And then they ask her to do the unthinkable.

This was the first book I’ve read from this author and it was brilliant. There were no dull moments, it was fast paced and full of surprises. We also meet other characters throughout and some aren’t likeable but that makes the story better. A real action packed read, and highly recommended.

Brilliant teaser of an opening chapter. Along with the intriguing synopsis I am definitely ready to read more.

Juicy from start to finish. I absolutely adored Anna and Margot, I found myself rooting for them both. Great gripping thriller, I'd love to reread at some point

A teasing taster for what promises to be an exciting medical thriller. I wanted to read more than the first chapter I was given.

This is a nice taster, but I feel like I need more of this book!

Nothing here to tickle the tastebuds. Too small an offering to form any true opinion. Maybe a slow burner that needs a few chapters to get interesting.

I was very excited to read this, so much so I got straight in…only to reach 100% and discover it was a chapter 1 sampler. Needless to say I’ll be reading this one as soon as I can get my hands on it!

A good opening teaser for the novel. Perhaps doesn’t give much indication of what the novel will entail other than it being potentially around a doctor.
