Do No Harm starts off mysteriously, with a man on the operating table and the doctor trying to decide how to save, but doesn’t. This short teaser we were given in the first chapter, did not do enough for me to want to read this book at all. Not enough information to draw me in.
The description of the total book was what caught my eye to begin with.
I personally, was disappointed with the first chapter.

This sneak peek really whet my appetite!! Very well written and definitely promising! Really need to read more to have a proper opinion.

Can't wait to read the book! Although I thought this was the book! The firstchapter has me super intrigued

After having the opportunity to read Chapter One of Do No Harm I am instantly hooked, although it was only a small snippet it was left me wanting more.

The writing style flowed nicely, it was suspenseful, a patient was having a heart operation conducted and you could feel the tension leap through the pages for such a nerve-wracking procedure!

An operating theatre, a heart operation, nothing is working and the point of no return is fast approaching as is death......

Thus starts the chapter sample. If I’m being completely honest there is insufficient here to judge how this book will pan out as it’s literally a few pages we’ve been given. It certainly captures the tension of the surgery and it does leave you full of questions and anticipation for the whole book and wanting more! It feels real, authentic, raw and well, gory!

#DoNoHarm #NetGalley This was a bit different to the police procedurals that I usually read but what a thriller it was! A new and fresh approach to read this from the surgeons perspective and I found that I was rooting for her and wanting her to pay for what she did in equal measures. Lots of action and tension and kept me on the edge of my seat for the whole read. It really made me think about what lengths you would go to if you were put in a similar position! An excellent read.

This is a fantastic first chapter!
It’s full of tension, and although barely a word is spoken aloud something so important has just passed between these characters - someone’s life has ended. I’d 100% like to read the full book.

Had not realised that only 1 chapter was available to read! Would definitely have wanted to read on if it was the whole book. A great introduction to what will be expected and I look forward to the release!

This book was phenomenal. It had me guessing from the very beginning until the very end with all of its dark twists and turns. I couldn’t put this book down and raced through it. It built suspense brilliantly and was so fast-paced.
