A great read, I loved this book such a twisty tale. Kept me turning the pages and guessing until the end. Would recommend the book and will also read the next one from Mandy.

I didn’t like this book. I didn’t like any of the characters and felt like the death of a dog wasn’t necessary.
Don’t waste your time

I must firstly apologise for the amount of time it has taken me to provide a review of this book, my health was rather bad for quite some time, something that had me in hospital on numerous occasions and simply didnt leave me with the time I once had to do what I love most.

Unfortunately that does mean I have missed the archive date for many of these books, so It would feel unjust throwing any review together without being able to pay attention to each novel properly.

However, I am now back to reading as before and look forward to sharing my honest reviews as always going forward. I thank you f0r the patience and understanding throughout x

This was a slow burn type story. It was a good read, the characters were fleshed out, the storyline was interesting and quite relevant to current times, although I found the multiple ladies POV confusing at times. I kept forgetting who was who and what the story was, but then that could just be me in old age. It makes you think about who you’re talking to online though, well, I guess I see who people talk to online sometimes when they’re caught for doing the wrong thing and end up in front of me! A good quick read, but I didn’t find the twist/s and shocking or twisty as I would have liked.

Thanks so much for my ARC, much appreciated.

Denise, Petra and Anna are three very different women who have never met until they realised they were all hoping to meet David, a man they met online and who they all believed was the answer to all their prayers. They soon realised that David wasnt who they thought and worked together to find out the truth - but still hoping that not everything was a lie.

A few twists and turns as you learn about each of the characters lives that has made each of them vulnerable and desperate to be loved.

A great read

I really enjoyed this book about the crazy world of internet dating and the pitfalls that go along with it. It is told from the POV of three different women and although it took me a bit of time to remember who was who it was overall a great read and I would recommend it to fans of liane moriarty and similar. Thanks netgalley!

This book was a lot of fun about the twisty pitfalls of the modern world of online dating, with thrilling thrown in to the mix. It won’t be for everyone, but I had a total blast reading this and loved the drama!

Online dating - what a minefield it is and here are three women and one man. A tale of discovery and sweet revenge. It's an excellent read, though you know, really, what's going to happen it's good to see it play out.

An engaging, twisty read set in a world of online relationships.

When three women discover they are dating the same man, they work together to try to find him and recover the money he has taken

What a fab read! Really enjoyed this. Had me thinking and trying to work out 'who done it' but I was wrong! An easy read with good strong characters. Will definitely be looking at other titles from this author and its definitely recommended.

Thank you Netgalley.

It took me some time to get into this book, I found that although there were only 3 POVs I struggled to keep up with the names of all the characters, particularly as I listened to the AudioBook. I think there's a lot of surprising parts in this book and a few that actually shocked me (one, early on, was really not in a good way). It's an exciting read, a really interesting story and I absolutely did not see the twist coming at the end!

Overall, a really enjoyable thriller.

A good psychological thriller told mainly from the POV of 3 women.
Sometimes I got a bit confused as to whose chapter was whose so maybe naming the chapters after each woman would have been handy. But it didn’t affect my over all enjoyment of the book.

But I did like the twists and turns. And the red herrings that were thrown in along the way. Reminded me of a story Lucy Foley or Lisa Jewell would tell.

A twisty, addictive psychological thriller once you start you won't want to stop!

It lost a 🌟 star because I'm still not sure I loved the ending.

Overall, a fab debut & I would be interested to see what Byatt does next

Loved this book and enjoyed the 3 main characters that were trying to work out who was tricking them out of money or other things and what they had done. I loved the twist at the end was so easy to get into.
Really enjoyed.

An ok read told by the 3 main characters POV . I did find that the author made the plot more complicated and unbelievable than it needed to be which ruined it a bit for me

I really loved this book. Loved the cover and I thought the storyline was fantastic and kept me gripped!
Mandy Byatt has a great style of writing and I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next.
Thank you to Mandy Byatt, NetGalley and Avon Books UK for the opportunity to read and review this book.

The story follows 3 women, with the unknown common connection of being in love with the same man; David Kingfisher. The women are brought together after they have had many failed attempts of actually meeting their ‘perfect’ man and giving him money, for a supposedly good cause. The 3 women team up, to track down the person who’s been messaging them, and taking their money.

It’s an interesting plot, which made me want to originally read the book, but it can sometimes get a little confusing as there are many characters. It all comes together with many twists and turns, and a big reveal in the last chapter.

Wow! This has gone straight into my top 5 reads of the year and will be hard pushed to get knocked off!

The blurb and cover are fantastic and just drew me straight in. A real pacey thriller that had me gripped from the very beginning and did not let me go.

Jam packed full of great twists and turns and with am unexpected ending that just wrapped things up with a giant bow.

Without giving anything away **no spoilers** three lonely women all with their own issues and insecurities turn to the world of internet dating and all end up 'talking' to the same man. Joining forces they try to smoke him out... who is he, what does he want?

The characters are brilliant written, all with their own backstories and with real depth so you can feel their loneliness radiating from the pages. Some scenes within the book actually made you feel as uncomfortable as the character would have been feeling.

When a book gives you all the 'feels' you know it's one that won't be forgotten in a long time.

A really interesting read that was intelligently written with a topic so relevant in today's society.

Huge thanks to netgalley and Avon Books UK for the ARC.
