A fantastic way to keep track of all of the upcoming titles (both hardback and paperback releases) I would love to read. Highlights for me would be -

Lin Anderson - The Killing Tide
Ann Cleeves - The Heron's Cry
Megan Campisi - The Sin Eater
Ellery Lloyd - People Like Her
Hakan Nesser - The Secret Life of Mr Roos
Fiona Cummins - When I Was Ten
Jane Healey - The Ophelia Girls
Andrea Camilleri - Riccardino
Hakan Nesser - The Lonely Ones

This is the first time that I have looked at a Pan Macmillan Catalogue, and this edition focuses on the upcoming releases for Autumn 2022.
The catalog showcases a vast range of titles, across a number of different genres from crime, biography, fantasy to historical fiction.
It is exciting to see what books will be released in book, ebook and eaudio formats over the coming months. And there are lots of titles that I look forward to purchasing. I also will apply to review several of these titles if and when they become available on the Netgalley site. Hopefully I will be fortunate to receive a copy, but either way, I will be purchasing a book for my own book shelves!

No extracts, just sales notes. Useful for work and having it digitally saves a tree! Would have been even better if it had had extracts from the books to give a taster for the contents. As it was, it was more useful as a buyer's guide checklist more than anything else.

An excellent sampler that features a tantalising array of teasing excerpts. Will be aiding me in which titles to pick as presents this Christmas for reading friends.

A great in-depth catalogue to enable me to see what's coming next! It's like a kid with an Argos catalogue at Christmas - I can go through and highlight what I want to request.

An unusual one to give feedback so I'm just going to mention the highlights.

I'm currently watching the long call an adaptation of the Ann Cleeves novel so looking forward the the heron's cry as a sequel.

Ken Follett's epic third world war novel, Never looks like a great thriller.

As a fan of John Marrs and his one series, also TM Logan, The vacation by John Marrs has got to be summer read of 2022.

Haken Nesser, one of the most underrated Swedish writers has an other offering in the barbarotti series, The lonely ones.

All of Picadors great offerings including Magma by Thora Hjörleifsdóttir and The Fell by Sarah Moss.

It's going to be a good year for my eclectic reading😁.

This is a brilliant and very useful catalogue for organising what your going to read next. Find out which books will be on trend next . Which books will be the next big hit. This great catalogue can be easily found on the publishers website and downloaded for free. It contains full colour covers if available, a short synopsis, very useful book information; type, page count, price etc.
What I loved best is the section about the authors and the cities they live in. Which is very useful if like me you love reading local authors.
I will definitely be watching out for and using each and every catalogue to help plan out my future reads. Plus you can read them as soon as they are published and tell people you read them before they being to trend.

I tend to follow publishers as much as I do authors, so it was great to find this catalogue offering an overview and a flavour of forthcoming Pan Macmillan titles. The titles that excited me most are from the Picador imprint. Picador’s range this season looks really strong, an enticing mix of authors and genres - and a clear focus on well-crafted but inventive writing, in keeping with its history. A number of titles are ones my friends are already talking about and I’m really looking forward to reading. I liked the inclusion of authors like Billy Collins and Clare Sestanovich with their links to a particular vein of established literary culture -aptly demonstrated by Sestanovich’s New Yorker credentials. But it was also refreshing to see pieces by Kae Tempest, Raymond Antrobus and newer authors like Michelle Zauner tapping into a desire for fresher, more diverse content and perspectives. The non-fiction books on offer had less immediate appeal but I was fascinated by Timothy Snyder’s coverage of the famine in Ukraine in the 1930s, so would definitely be interested in exploring Veidlinger’s take on that, and there are numerous poetry titles I wouldn’t necessarily pick out for myself but would make great gifts.
