Seconds To Die by Rebecca Bradley

On reading this book I realised it was the second in a series. I am usually disappointed to discover this as you often miss out When they refer back to past happenings / getting to know the characters etc.
Pleased to say I didn't have any trouble with that in this book.
DI Claudia Nunn is given a new team and is set to solving a horrifying case in her stamping ground of Sheffied..
I enjoyed the authors way of writing and look forward to finding out about DI Claudia Nunn in her next book in the series.

Thank you to #NetGalley for allowing me to read #SecondsToDie by #RebeccaBailey
This is the second book in the series, but the fact that I hadn’t read the first did not affect my enjoyment.
It was easy to pick up the narrative while concentrating on this new story.
DI Rebecca Bailey is in charge of a new team tasking with solving the worst of crimes in Sheffield, putting her under some pressure is that she hasn’t been able to pick her own team and one of the DS she has to work with is her own father who she has leapfrogged in the climb to the top. Can they all work together to find the answers ?
A very good read. Looking forward to where this story is going !

Good book!! Yay finally lol I feel like I haven't read a decent book in a bit! This book was filled with suspense, action, intrigue, the storyline was a little grotesque at times lol but it was a great and interesting story! I definitely recommend reading this book!! Its well worth reading! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

Thank you NetGalley and Joffe Books for the eARC.
This was the second DI Claudia Nunn book I've read and I won't read another one. I didn't like the first one, but thought I'd try the new one to see if I might like it better, but I didn't. Somehow the characters and the stories feel very generic; in a been there, bought the t-shirt way. Sorry!
Also, I couldn't find the title on Goodreads so I couldn't forward the review to them.
