Any Cynthia Eden book is just too witty and passionate and not to be missed reading!! Same here with "Jinx You're It".

Book three in the series"Trouble For Hire", these men sure are trouble galore and will do anything to win the women of their heart. Jinx is the ever protector and Allison is trying to dodge a stalker. Good chemistry, humorous and a great read

This is the third book in Ms. Eden’s new series Trouble For Hire. Odin, Warren, and Jinx have all been working for the same off the books government agency. And while War and Odin are now working as Private Investigators at Trouble For Hire, Jinx is sort of freelancing. War hired him on, but Jinx isn’t fully done with Uncle Sam…or rather, Uncle Sam isn’t really done with him. Another of their teammates, Ali, has been helping War and Odin as well, but she’s not ready to come in full time. She is however, trying to get out of that off the books group they’ve all worked with. She’s done and wants out. But it’s never that easy.

Ali has a stalker. One who will kill anyone who gets too close to her. She and Jinx had an amazing night after the end of a mission a few months back, but she’s afraid to get too close. She’s afraid her stalker will hurt Jinx.

Jinx hasn’t forgotten their night together. He’s wanted Ali since the moment he saw her, and finally having her…it wasn’t enough. A lifetime wouldn’t be enough. But after hiding his pain and intentions behind a quick joke, and an easy grin, he’s starting to think Ali doesn’t take him seriously. When she comes back into his life, his new mission is to change that. He wants Ali, and he wants her for keeps. The problem is that she keeps dodging him.

Ali isn’t just dodging Jinx. She’s keeping him safe. The one time she went to see him, her stalker called her and threatened Jinx. Ali is a hacker, and she’s one of the absolute best. Since she can’t find this guy, she’s worried. After months of looking over her shoulder and not being able to get close to anyone, she finally goes to Trouble For Hire. Her friends War and Odin will help, and she feels their unique skills can find this creep. She doesn’t expect to find Jinx there.

These two have explosive chemistry, and they work well together. I also love how Ali never doubts Jinx, even when evidence stacks against him. Theirs is a relationship that feels real and organic. I didn’t want it to end!

I’m really enjoying this series a lot. I also hope the plot twist in this book finds its way into another book down the road (not spilling the beans!). I love the way this author writes Romantic Suspense. We have all the things we’ve come to expect from a Cynthia Eden novel. An intense plot, twists you don’t see coming, a hero who will do anything to protect his heroine, a heroine who wants to protect her hero right back, and a couple with off the charts chemistry.

My absolute favorite in this series. A secret. A secret that cannot be known. Ali has a stalker. One that doesn’t like people around her, especially a man. Her and Jinx have a complicated relationship; they have worked together and been involved. Over the years they played it cool, that is until Ali needs help. Jinx does what he can do to keep her safe, but when you can’t figure out who the stalker is; what can you do? When the unforeseen stalker is realized, what will the team do? And Ali, will she be able to trust when everything is done.

JINX, YOU’RE IT is the third instalment in Cynthia Eden’s contemporary, adult TROUBLE FOR HIRE romantic, suspense series focusing on the men and women who work for, or are connected to Trouble For Hire private investigators. This is former US Special Forces soldier Jinx Hyde, and government agent Allison ‘Ali’ Carter’s story line. JINX, YOU’RE IT can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from third person perspectives JINX, YOU’RE IT follows the rekindling romance and relationship between former US Special Forces soldier Jinx Hyde, and government agent Allison ‘Ali’ Carter. A one-night stand between agents Jinx Hyde and Allison Carter ended when our heroine ghosted Jinx a last minute assignment forced Ali deep under cover. Fast forward to present day wherein Allison Carter has returned but with it she brings darkness danger, and isn’t about to pull Jinx into the mix. Allison has a stalker, someone who is not afraid to kill to get what he wants, and in this Allison suspects Jinx will be his next target but Jinx refuses to back down, and gets some help from an unlikely source. What ensues is the rebuilding romance and relationship between Jinx and Ali, and the fall-out as secrets are revealed, and Jinx is about to come face to face with someone he knows.

Meanwhile, Jinx’ brother Ramsey is hiding in plain sight knowing the government is about to step in and take down but Ramsey’s past is not the only thing hoping for information but Ramsey refuses to place the woman he loves in the direct line of fire.

The relationship between Jinx and Ali is one of second chances but our leading couple both have secrets having lived a life undercover for the US government. Most of their assignments came with questionable consequences but Jinx refuses to allow Ali’s past to take away the woman he loves, The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and test.

The colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters include Jinx’ friends and former Special Forces warriors-Odin and War; his brother Ramsey, as well as government agents Landon and Cyrus. Ramsey and Dr. Whitney Augustine’s story is next in REMEMBERING RAMSEY.

JINX, YOU’RE IT is a story of betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies, power, obsession, family and love. The premise is intriguing and captivating; the romance is seductive; the characters are energetic and dynamic.

I was so excited to see Jinx's story was out! I love that the characters are part of the previous book to ease you into the next story with the new hero and leading lady. So, Odin's book includes Jinx and makes him pretty intense and you want to get to see more of him!

Ali backed away from Jinx when a stalker threatens him but she has just reached her limit of handling the situation by herself and goes to the PI agency to get help and runs into Jinx.

They work together to find out who is behind the threats and along the way, we meet Jinx's brother, Ramsey. He will be the "hero" in the next book and I had to use "hero" loosely as he apparently is kind of a mob boss and not what you would think of as the hero. Anyway, what a teaser for that book! Just when I think the best book is out, I get to see another one that looks just as great and maybe even better!

The road to finding her stalker is complicated and takes both Ali and Jinx and sometimes Odin and War to get to the bottom of this and there is a lot of drama, intrigue, danger, and sizzling hot romance!

Definitely, a book that I could not put down and had to keep reading well in to the night as I wanted to see who was the stalker! Now, if I can just be patient until Ramsey's book is out!

If you are looking for great romantic suspense you cannot go wrong with Cynthia Eden's books. This book Jinx, You're It - finally gives Jinx his story and what a story it is! The book starts out with Ali and Jinx meeting up in a hotel and before the night is over - she runs off. Jinx is head over heels in love with Ali and will go anything to protect her. Ali is a match for Jinx in more ways than one. This was a fun, satisfying story for this reader. Can't wait for next one in the series.

The men of Trouble For Hire just keep getting better. Jinx will be your new book boyfriend. Sexy, sweet, and oh so alpha. Ali is his perfect match. Strong and fierce. When she is threatened, the whole crew comes together to solve the mystery. The romance is steamy. The mystery has a few surprises. There's plenty of humor. Poor long suffering War! Next up is Ramsey. I can't wait for his and Whitney's story. Cynthia Eden never disappoints.

Jinx, You're It, the third book in the Trouble for Hire Series by Cynthia Eden is as much fun as it is suspenseful and romantic. You just know that Jinx is going to be a lucky in love finally. Allison “Ali” Carter is serious and seriously in trouble, so it is no wonder that she seeks out help with Trouble for Hire. Second chances do not come around that often so Jinx knows to go after what he can’t forget.

Romance suspense with a stalker to stop and a chemistry that is burning hot between Jinx and Ali. Fast paced with plenty of danger along with the steam that you expect from this author. If Jinx is all that is available at the moment to help, he is enough.

An ARC of the book was provided by the publisher through NetGalley which I voluntarily chose to read and reviewed. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Cynthia Eden brings a red-hot tale of second chance romance between two unlikely lovers.

Once again we are with the guys from Trouble For Hire and as the name says these guys are trouble with a capital T bur when they give you their loyalty then you will never have to doubt them and that is what has happened to Ali They had one special night together when Ali let her walls down and had a night with Jinx a man who never goes back for seconds but this time he can't forget the woman that walked away. So when Ali is facing danger after she picks up a stalker from her latest job then you can bet that Jinx is the one who will stand beside her to keep her safe and because this is Jinx there is plenty of fun and banter on the way Can he convince Ali that he is the one for her You will have to read to see and I guarantee that like me you will be hanging out for the story of Ramsey Jinx's brother by the end

They had one sensual hour together before she was called away on a mission. Jinx will not rest until he has Alison “Ali” Carter back in his arms and bed. They have worked clandestine missions together using Ali’s tech skills and Jinx’s many skills honed in the military as well as his ability to ease a tense situation using humor and sarcasm. When he does find her, she is there to warn him about an unknown source that may have been sent to kill him. The more she tries to avoid him, for his own safety, the more he is there to protect her. Ali wants out, out from the government work that she was forced into, but sometimes there is no “out”. As the threats continue, they realize that the person must be someone involved within the same government agency…how else could they be tracked and targeted? With the help of their friends at Trouble for Hire Private Investigations will they eliminate the threat in time? Amazing characters along with non-stop suspense and romance! Loved it! Ms. Eden certainly knows how to write romantic suspense! I knew Jinx was going to be a fun character to get to know, but I had no idea how much fun he was going to be. Yes, he’s the life of the party and the joker, but there’s an intensity and seriousness about him that comes out when it concerns Ali. I loved reading Jinx and Ali’s story so much that it felt like it ended too quick. Their banter and loud-out-loud moments only added to their chemistry. I love that Ms. Eden writes strong, sexy and capable women who are able to take care of themselves but find that it’s much more enjoyable having a strong, sexy and brave man by your side for the ride. The men of Trouble for Hire all have their own distinct personalities and I’m finding it hard to pick a favorite so I won’t! And I can’t wait for Ramsey’s story to unfold – I have a feeling it’s going to be mind-blowing and thrilling. I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC for NetGalley.

Another great story in the series. Jinx and Ali had a wild passionate night, and then she was called away to do a job. Months later they meet up again, and sparks still fly. A good fast paced story, with connections with previous stories, although can be read alone. Looking forward to the next one in the series, with Ramsey. Highly recommend this book, series and author.

The Jokester has got his own story. When it comes to Ali he’s not joking around one bit. His protective alpha comes out to play. Jinx has a lot of secrets that come to light in this book.

“Because I swear, lately with you, I feel like I’m missing pieces of a puzzle. You’ve always been secretive, but this is a whole other level.”

Danger is around every corner so she goes to Trouble For Hire for help. She gets more than she bargained for with Jinx.

“Uh, listen up, bossy. I came for War. I have a private matter to discuss with War. So I’ll just be doing that, thanks.”

“The clients aren’t all here now. But trust me, we have plenty. So many that it turns out War and Odin are both already committed to other cases. If you want help, then you will be getting me.”

The suspense is fantastic but then any book Cynthia Eden writes is a work of art.

I’m so glad she decided to write Ramsey and Whitney’s story. It’s gonna be a winner.

Ok I think the cover and title tells the reader that this book is going to be fun with a hero bound to make you smile and it doesn't disapoint . From the first sizzling scene to the very end Jinx is definitely a man used to getting his own way and move over anyone who underestimates him ! Ali might have found him insanely attractive and she might have decided to look but not touch and then bam those pesky hormones just wake up big time ! It's just too bad that duty calls and for Ali its most assuredly an itch she's not going back to scratch. Yet things and well meaning friends just keep happening and when Ali admits she is in trouble well obviously Jinx is going to bring his own brand of very special assistance !
I admit I haven't read the previous two books in this series yet but found this worked very well as a standalone. Jinx is hilarious and honestly Ali just doesn't realise how committed that big, tough guy really is. I loved Jinx as you can probably tell because he's funny, loyal and yes pretty hot too. Ali strangely enough for this reader wasn't perhaps as fleshed out as Jinx but I suspect the author was having such fun with Jinxs character that Ali somehow got ignored a wee bit. The story is a typical romantic suspense that's got a bad guy out to get the couple but there's a lightness to it that means it's as fun to read as it is interesting. For me perhaps what I enjoyed most ( apart from saucy, reprehensible Jinx) was the supporting characters and the ending certainly leaves me salivating for the story of Jinxs brother.
I thoroughly enjoyed this so much that I happily read it in an afternoon. It was amusing, steamy and had a few surprises so definitely a good book if you just want something to make you smile.
This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from NetGalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair
