I requested this book because I have a 3 year old that has some trouble staying asleep in her own bed. And while I do believe this book is geared for children slightly older (but not much) there are some great ideas, tips, and even activities to try for falling asleep. I loved the be a "sleep scientist" section where it encourages children to watch pets as the sleep. I liked all the dreams sections, especially the "sweet dreams jar". The illustrations are wonderful too! I will definitely grab a copy of this one when it's published!

A really wonderful idea. Beautifully illustrated with some super suggestions that were fun, creative and original. My son is 4 so isn't yet reading or writing but I'll definitely buy a printed copy to have in future if we have any more sleep regressions.

This book had a lot of interesting ideas to help kids fall asleep and a few ideas to help you when you wake up. I liked the counting backwards idea and the dream movie. If my daughter was still a child, I would get her to try all of these because she never fell asleep right away.

Just like any book with helpful tips, you will need to find the ones that work best for you and your child(ren).

If you got trouble sleeping at night, this is your book. With tons of ideas on what you can do to help you sleep, you can choose and try which one suits you best.

I personally like the "no electronics before bed, and read a book instead". Non horror ones, mind you.

I wasn't sure what to expect when opening this book, but it exceeded anything I thought. The illustrations are really great. They flow so well and really draw you in. It starts off giving some reasons it may be hard to sleep and also reason your body needs sleep. They keep the book moving, yet thoughtful while giving some great tips to help kids sleep. There are some pretty cool activities and things you can make to help prior to sleeping too. Then there are also tips for when you're lying in your bed and just can't fall asleep. There are so many that even if some won't work for you, I am sure you'll find one that does. It's a perfect mixture, and I absolutely recommend this book for many ages.

This was an interesting book. I thought it was for kids. I mean it is, but not quite really. The illustrations were good. But the kids may be overwhelmed (or worse, bored)with the info presented there. Still it’s a nice book.

Everything about this book is appealing. The pictures are beautiful and the tips and tricks to help the littles sleep are spot on. The children in the book are diverse so every child can see themselves in at least one of them. The tips range from being thankful to making a jar with "stars" falling in it! Great book which I would purchase myself.

The perfect book which will help the kids as well as anyone who comes across this book to have a good night's sleep everyday!

The illustrations are just dreamy: perfect and delightful.

The colourful pages are awesome. But as the book says, the tips do actually work. One good example was the suggestion of reading a physical book instead of browsing the internet.

Such practical and easy, affordable tips are provided which is applicable to one and all I feel.

A precious guidebook full of easy tips for the kids to fall asleep easily each night. Well, it will be so worth keeping the physical copy when it comes out!

Thank you, publisher and author/artist, for the advance reading copy.

A "made-for-kids" book that parents and caregivers will love!

I received an advanced reader copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley. The review is 100% my own opinion.

"How to Sleep Tight through the Night" is filled with tips and tricks to help children fall asleep. As a mother of two young children, try as you might, there is no sure-fire way to force your kids to fall asleep. This book is designed to guide children through their bedtime routines. It gives them the agency to take control of their own bedtime rituals to learn what works for them.

I enjoy how the book explains the importance of sleep in ways that makes sense to a child. It explores ways to reduce night-time fears and anxieties. It provides clever ways to calm and settle the child's body and mind. Both parents and children will love the whimsical illustrations throughout the book.

I will be pre-ordering a copy of this book for my own kids and strongly recommend it to anyone with young children in their lives.

This is a really great book for children with some effective tips to help make bedtime more enjoyable and to help aid sleep. Really nice ideas such as reading under the covers like a tent and making a calm down jar. I loved the colours in the book which helped to make a calm atmosphere when reading.

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.

Sleep Tight through the Night is a beautiful illustrated book for children who struggle to get to sleep at night.
My daughter is one of these children so I jumped at the chance to read this book!
These are some fabulous ideas in this book and I've written down a few to try with her - the sleep walk is one of them!
I am going to get a physical copy of this book for her to read herself too. This book is great for all ages too as some idwas are more suitable for younger or older kids.
Beautiful!

Many thanks to netgalley for allowing me access to this e-book in exchange for an honest review.
In this book you will find a really great idea en tips for helping yourself fall asleep with amazing illustration.
there is a drawing of a boy sleeping with his glasses on. I used to ask my son to take off his glasses before he sleeps because he usually sleeps while wearing them. The picture makes him think that there is no problem with sleeping with glasses.

This gem of a book helps young readers find healthy ways to wind down and get ready to get some rest. It explains the importance of sleep in kid-friendly terms and encourages them to be mindful. Through crafts, creativity, and reflection kids learn how to relax and make the most of bedtime. Illustrations are engaging, colorful, and inclusive.

This book had a lot of creative ideas for children to help them fall asleep, something many people of all ages have trouble doing. The variety of tips in the book make it likely that readers will find at least a few strategies that appeal to them. Also helpful was the way the tips addressed different causes of insomnia (i.e., some kids are worried and need to put those worries aside, some have to put down screens earlier, some need to learn how to wind down when they would rather not, etc.). The illustrations were engaging as well. The only aspect that may not please some readers is the ideas that dreams should be seen as signs that can be interpreted through symbolism.

An adorable book for kids with different tricks to help them sleep, some lovely craft ideas like creating a night diary, a glitter jar of stars, a sock full of different aromas that can help you sleep, or a box where you can put your anxieties away for the night, together with some tricks to help the kid falling asleep. The illustrations are absolutely adorable #NetGalley

This is a delightful book that is made for children. Every page is a different tip for getting good sleep, being able to fall asleep, and being able to stay asleep. I think the appropriate age range for this is 3-9 years old. My 6yo daughter was completely enchanted when she saw this book and immediately started making a "night notebook" as suggested in this book. The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and draw you in. There are tons of suggestions for crafty things such as making a glitter jar, reading tent, sweet smell sock, etc. I could see this being a wonderful gift for a child, especially paired with a stuffed animal or some supplies for doing one of the suggested projects. Overall, I'd say that this book is full of positivity, joy, and hopefulness about sleep. It definitely will give kids a positive outlook on sleep and some really helpful strategies that will help them to feel empowered with their own sleep.
