This book started out good but fizzled out rather quickly. I just didn't feel the chemistry between Zane and Fiona. These two characters were very immature. At some point I just lost interest.

4 Stars for these soulmates!

I really liked Zane and Fiona ... I just didn't like their agreement at all! They are in an impossible situation and it broke my heart. This is a great addition to the series and I can wait for the Ty and Zoey's Encore next

Zane and Fiona have known each other since they were toddlers and have been in love with each other ever since. But because of Fiona's mother hating Zane and his dad's rockstar ways, they move away when Fiona is a teenager. That's not gonna stop them though. But because of Zane being on tour a lot of the time, they agree to a friends-with-benefits arrangement when they are in the same city and they can be with whoever when they are apart. Did they really think this would be a good idea?

I received an early copy courtesy of Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op through NetGalley in exchange for a honest review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Timeless was a truly breathtaking story. Beautiful, heart rate increasing, angsty and total involvement. It was just about impossible to tear myself away from it. Once I read the last page, I wanted to immediately re-read it from the beginning.
This book tells the timeless story of Zane Rocks and Fiona Reynolds. They have been best friends since birth. I've read so many stories about fated mates or couples that were destined but you could actually feel it while reading this story. It's like they shared the same soul. Like I said, it's a beautiful story full of angst. There were some moments where I cried so hard I couldn't read.
If you love rockstar romance, then you need this book in your life! This is my honest opinion, freely given.

Told in alternating point of views, Timeless takes us on Zane and Fiona’s heartbreaking journey from childhood to adulthood. We see them struggle with their places in each other’s life and how to reconcile their feelings for one another. The storyline was brilliant and fascinating you won't want to miss this novel!

This book wasn't for me, and I think it would have been better if I read the other bandmate's stories beforehand. I didn't feel like I could leave a Goodreads review without having given it that fair shot, but I wasn't interested in reading the other books after reading this one.

I did really like how the characters were complex with unique storylines. It wasn't just a romance, it was a book about growing up and how family and loved ones shape us. Fiona and Zane seemed like soulmates at times.

That being said, I didn't feel connected to these characters. They definitely didn't have a very mature relationship for a long time, but part of that made their growing up somewhat more realistic. Although I can appreciate a good childhood friends to lovers, I was uncomfortable with some of the scenes when they were younger. Overall I really wish there had been more of them during their older years.

Thank you so much for letting me read a copy of this book. :)

FANTASTIC!!!

Zane and Fiona’s story is one made for the ages in rock and roll kingdom! From six years old until adulthood these two have had that special connection but also in that time so much has happened that tear them apart. Make sure you have that box of tissues ready because with the heart this book is written I was in dire need of them. Their love story is awesome all the while pulling at my heart strings.

If you haven’t read the first books in the Less Than Zero series do yourself a favor and grab them today. All of these books I devoured and would have given them more than five stars if I could have.

Zane and Fionna, a true heartwarming story of childhood love that grows through the years. These two characters have experienced so much trauma, overcoming addiction while tacking disappointments, They have come through a lot and still stood strong.

“𝔐𝔶 𝔩𝔦𝔣𝔢 𝔴𝔦𝔱𝔥𝔬𝔲𝔱 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔦𝔰 𝔦𝔫𝔠𝔬𝔪𝔭𝔩𝔢𝔱𝔢.”

Fionna is such a strong person, always being the one who Zane could count on to be there. Whether she was with Zane or by herself, her determination to succeed was evident with every turn of the page.

“𝔚𝔥𝔢𝔫𝔢𝔳𝔢𝔯 𝔴𝔢’𝔯𝔢 𝔱𝔬𝔤𝔢𝔱𝔥𝔢𝔯, 𝔴𝔥𝔶 𝔡𝔬𝔢𝔰 𝔦𝔱 𝔞𝔩𝔴𝔞𝔶𝔰 𝔣𝔢𝔢𝔩 𝔩𝔦𝔨𝔢 𝔱𝔦𝔪𝔢 𝔰𝔱𝔞𝔫𝔡𝔰 𝔰𝔱𝔦𝔩𝔩?”

Zane has always been such a fun loving character, always having one hell of a sense of humor. Experiencing another side of him throughout these pages outside of his upbringing that shaped him into who he is today, was so nice to see true colors.

Their love for one another has grown over the years, from childhood into adulthood. And, they’re connection was off the charts, filled with so much chemistry that would cause fireworks to explode in the water. Zane was so gentle with how he cared for Fionna, displaying so much passion and sincere desire.

This is the 4th book in this amazing series and is Zane and Fiona’s story. These two have been best friends since birth as their parents were best friends, until some family drama tore them apart. Zane is now a guitarist and Fiona is an up-and coming chef, and they were always destined by fate to be soulmates. These two do not have an easy road to travel with challenges to overcome along the way. This is a beautifully written story which is heartwrenching, and an emotional roller coaster journey throughout, with drama, family, misunderstandings, and love, which leads to a steamy and all-consuming riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This love story is messy, yet sweet in its own way. Zane & Fiona are two childhood best friends who, even at a young age, recognise the rarity of their friendship and connection. After Zane's dad's actions create friction between their two families, Zane & Fiona's close connection is seriously damaged. And, just when the pair begin to experience feelings of attraction for each other, the connection is severed. Afraid of making the same mistakes as their parents, they try to take destiny and fate into their own hands and end up in complicated chaos.

The story begins in the present, then takes us back, through Zane & Fiona's history. Their story hurts and soothes as you read. We get to see as their childlike, innocent love grows, matures, and endures. Yet, both Zane & Fiona are so afraid of messing up that they almost miss out on living the life they were both meant to live.

I enjoyed the story, even though it's my first of the series. It's an emotional, second chance romance with genuine, unconditional love and steam - Zane & Fee have it in spades!

I recommend this read.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.

Zane and Fiona (Fee) are bringing on ALL the feels! Absolutely loved their story. Childhood friends, really literally life long friends. I mean, if we’re really gonna split hairs, these two are soul mates, each is their other half. But what they have to endure to reach their HEA, it’s heart wrenching! And neither is immune to outside influence or their own bad decisions. Difficulties with parents, physical distance, exploding careers, heartache and loss, and pure joy during those times that they are actually able to be together. And the second chance aspect of this story is just wonderful. I would say my only complaint is that the ending seemed a little abrupt. As things came to a head, and the resolution was at hand, it was suddenly over - a relatively short epilogue pulls all the final pieces together, but I felt like I wanted more, because their story was so deep, and I needed maybe a little bit longer to let it go. That’s probably on me though.

This is the fourth book of this series, but the first one I’ve read. It can definitely be read as a standalone. That said, I am very much interested in, and will be, going back and reading the rest of the series - I really want to read the stories of the rest of the members of LTZ!

Kaylene Winter cements her place as a staple in the rockstar romance genre with her latest release, Timeless.

I love how each book can be read as a standalone but they are all interconnected. The series has made its way through each member of the band, and now it’s guitarist Zane’s turn. I enjoyed reading about his relationship with childhood sweetheart Fiona! Circumstance has made it difficult for them to be together, but Zane is determined to not let Fiona go again.

The format of the book was fun, as it started with flashbacks at age six when they met and worked towards the present day. I also enjoyed the dual POVs so we could see Zane and Fiona's perspectives. I'm a huge fan of happily ever afters, and all the members of the band have found theirs now. Yay for LTZ!

Carter (Zane’s dad and a former famous guitarist) has really got to stop influencing other people’s relationships. In the first book, he was the reason Zoey and Ty separated for so many years. In this book (though technically parts are flashbacks), he is part of the reason that Zane and Fiona were forced apart as children. While Carter has a tendency to make problems, Lianne (Zane’s mom) is AWESOME. She never painted Carter as a bad guy in Zane’s eyes, she simply explained that he was sick due to his addiction and that was why he had trouble showing up and consistently fulfilling his promises. She also did a great job raising Zane as a single parent and he seemed to have turned out pretty well.

I would recommend this book to fans of the rockstar romance genre. While you can technically read this book without reading the others before it, I suggest reading the series in order because it will add depth and understanding to your reading experience. Thank you to the author, Victory Editing, The Next Step PR, and NetGalley for allowing me to read an early copy of this book at no cost to myself. I voluntarily read and reviewed Timeless; the contents of the review are my honest opinion of the book and not influenced in any way.

Timeless is book four in the Less Than Zero series, but can be read as a complete standalone. Fiona and Zane grew up together and even at 6 were best friends with a strong connection. When their families had a faling out with each other forcing a separation, they tried to mainatain communication when possible and held on to the belief that at some point they would be together again.

As adults, life gets a little more complicated as Fiona pursues culinary school and Zane goes on tour as part of the band Less Than Zero that goes on to reach superstardom, and it seems like there is always something or someone in the way of them being together, even at times, themselves.

Fee and Zane's story was heartbreaking at times, but there was something truly special and beautiful in their friendship and their bond that was formed at such a young age. I struggled a little at times with Fiona's character in the story and at times struggled with both characters not just being open with their feelings. I found myself liking Zane more and more as the book went on as he was much more transparent about what he wanted and about his feelings and about just going after what he wanted.

“Whenever we’re together, why does it always feel like time stands still? Like we’re where we’re supposed to be.”

Zane and Fiona’s story was absolutely addicting and captivated me from the very first page. Best friends since birth, they’ve always known that they are each other’s other half, but when people and circumstances and their own demons keep them apart, can they find their way back to each other?

“You’re a part of me. My other half. Whether you want me to be or not. If you’re not okay, I’m not okay. No matter what, I will be here for you. For as long as you need me.”

Told in alternating point of views, Timeless takes us on Zane and Fiona’s heartbreaking journey from childhood to adulthood. We see them struggle with their places in each other’s life and how to reconcile their feelings for one another while fighting the demands of their everyday lives and the people in their lives. They make a stupid pact which made my heart hurt for both of them because it caused so much misunderstanding and pain.

“No matter where we are in our lives. No matter how long we are separated. No matter who has tried to keep us apart, both of us know that what we have transcends time. Transcends space.”

This book devastated me, but I could not put it down. It was that good!! It was an angsty rollercoaster ride filled with deep emotions and a love so strong that no obstacle is too big for it. Zane and Fiona’s journey was gut-wrenching, but their devotion to one another through all their struggles was swoonworthy. They are truly soulmates and I was so rooting for them to fulfill their destiny. I’m sad to say goodbye to the boys of Less Than Zero, but I can’t wait to see what Kaylene Winters has in store for us next.

I don't even know where to start! This book is the 4th in a series, and the series should be read in order. (Not including the novella.) And I loved it! What's not to love, a hot rockstar, a feisty heroine, a soul deep connection, hot sex scenes and all the things that try to tear them apart when all you want is for them to be together!

This is the friends to lovers story of Zane and Fiona. Their parents are best friends and their mom's gave birth within months of each other. So Zane & Fiona have known each other literally all of their lives and became the best of friends. This book spans their 30 year history, each chapter giving insight to what is going on in their lives starting at age six. The friendship starts to bloom into teenage love and then into adulthood where it's gets a little tricky. The two characters have gone through so much together and separately. They were pushed together then torn apart. They endured years of no contact, meddling parents, bad timing and bad decisions. They've made mistakes, said things they didn't mean, did things they couldn't take back. Yet, through it all, they both know that someday, somehow, they will get the happily ever after they so deserve. For such a long history, you'd think the book would be much longer, but it's perfect. The story flows naturally. The connection they have is effortlessly evident and timeless. See what I did there?!

One of my favorite parts of this book was just one sentence where an introduction is made to another rockstar that happens to be from another rockstar romance series by another author. I loved seeing that because it was that series and that particular rockstar mentioned, that led me to my love of all rockstar romance. It's one more reason I adore Kaylene Winter.

If you've already read the previous books, I am certain that you will love this one as much as I have. If you haven't started the series yet, what are you waiting for?

It was excellent to finally read Zane’s story and his romance with Fiona was satisfying and sizzling. All the books can be read as standalones, but they are interconnected and so it really brings the whole world together. It’s great to read about the whole band! I loved it!!

Fiona and Zane have loved each other since they were young children - they even got married at age 6, but when family drama tears them apart will the two be able to keep their friendship alive? And what happens when more and more hurdles are put in place - can love conquer all? Filled with heavy emotions and dysfunctional drama this was a wonderful read. This was my first book by Kaylene Winter and it will not be my last. I now need to go back and start this series from book 1.

Fiona and Zane had been friends since birth. At age six Zane asked Fiona to marry him and he never wanted to leave her. Carter, I’m having a hard time liking this man, I hated him in Endless, but as I get closer to the end I really love that man. When I read the other three books I always wondered what Zane could be unhappy about, he had two famous parents that loved him so much, but now I see he was a little bit special. I also thought there was no way this author could make me feel more angst then I felt reading Endless, yeah I was wrong. Not only am I suffering through Ty and Z’s pain again, now I’m suffering for Zane and Fiona who have hit their rock bottom. Well I was wrong again, nope not even close to bottom, and now I’m ugly crying with snots running out my nose. I love the way this book is written. It’s their life story and each chapter tells us their age. It goes from children in a playground and innocent love to their teens and finally adults. It’s a roller coaster ride just like life, beautiful. Loved Loved Loved this book and I’m giving it five stars and highly recommending it.

Timeless by Kaylene Winter is destined to become a classic among Rockstar romances. It describes the rock band LTZ's beginnings to Rock stardom. The romance is a childhood friendship between Zane, a guitarist, and Fiona, an up-and-coming chef that falls in love. Their love weathers a 14-year journey riddled with misunderstandings, dysfunctional family interference; as well as each bogged down with their baggage which almost destroys them. Add in their “love hack pact” which allows the other to cheat when they are apart if the other chooses to do so and never mention it to the other. Neither Fiona nor Zane wants this pact and yet, when each indulges out of hurt or selfish reasons, the ramifications and long-term consequences almost destroy their relationship and love forever. The book crackles with sizzling hot scenes that can melt your panties. The thread that binds the story together is “our love is timeless and will last forever”. Truly, I cried, I wanted to give the characters advice when they screwed up and just yell, “no, don’t go” there a few times. I was immersed from page one to the last word written! Kayleen Winter writing reigns among the best authors of Rockstar romance
