Mental Health can be a difficult topic to talk about (depending on yourself, weither or not your workplace openly supports mental health), but with this book you get an easy guide for talking about it in your workplace. It's a useful book for anyone who works with people.
The author provides practical, tangible, and actionable insights on improving our mental health and our discussions around it in the workplace. When others focus on theory-only, Melissa Doman breaks things down into implementable recommendations that makes an otherwise (sometimes weighty) topic more surmountable.

I've read a lot of books on the topic of wellbeing and mental health, and this one feels really unique.
It breaks down everything so well, and makes it super easy to understand.
I love the way the book is structured too, and it looks at managers as well as employees. I think everyone will get something out of this. I also like how it references both US and UK guidelines/research - it means it will feel relevant to a higher number of people.

I definitely recommend this book.
