Money Like You Mean it provides a phenomenal overview for all things personal finance. It addressed many elements of money that often don't get addressed, like credit scores and home-buying. It got a little confusing with the Canadian perspective occasionally and was a little tedious with acronyms and jargon at times, but I learned a lot and felt far more prepared for my own personal finance journey after reading.

The book teach us the economic aspects of life. Though it focus on Canada and USA it still has themes applicable to the rest of the countries because it has common and not so common knowledge about finance like to rent or buy a house, work far from home or close, and so on.

Erica Alini has taken what can be a droll subject and made it an enjoyable read with real life examples and what should be common sense. Although aimed at the Canadian/US market mainly I got a lot from it even though in a different country. Recommended to anybody interested in saving money, reducing expenditure, earning extra money on the side. Well researched and written with the right amount of personal examples.

Useful financial advice from an expert in these matters. Covers being able to afford your own home, and millennials struggle to do this, especially when house prices are going up. Also covers debt, and investing. A useful guide to personal finance.
