This book was different then other of its kind I have read. You can feel the passion from the first page the way Dakota was swooning for Annabelle at a wedding rehearsal they both happen to be attending after having a one night stand from couple years ago. All the memories flood back. I really enjoyed where this book went. Highly recommend it and I can't wait to read more books by thos author.

Wild for Me – Tam DeRudder Jackson⁣
The Balefire Series⁣

After a one night stand a few years ago Dakota and Annabelle cross paths at Blu and Clio’s wedding.⁣

Was it a one night stand on either of their parts?⁣
Is it something fun?⁣
Is Annabelle opening herself up to hurt and possible career suicide?⁣

This book pop, crackled and buzzed with electric passion between our two main characters. This is the second Balefire Series that I have read and in my opinion they keep getting better.⁣

The chemistry between Dakota and Annabelle is hot! The spicy scenes are enough to leave a girl fanning herself with her Kindle! ⁣

Another brilliant read by @TamsTales32⁣

5 stars

A very quick read, some nice romance elements. Didn't overly enjoy some of the side characters and drama they brought about.
Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for providing me an arc for an honest review.

WILD FOR ME is the third instalment in Tam DeRudder Jackson’s contemporary, adult BALEFIRE erotic, rock star romance series focusing on the members of the rock band Balefire. This is twenty-eight year old lead guitarist for Balefire Dakota Perri, and management intern Annabelle Stewart’s story line. WILD FOR ME can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty but I recommend reading the series in order for back story.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Annabelle and Dakota) WILD FOR ME follows the second chance romance and relationship between twenty-eight year old lead guitarist for Balefire Dakota Perri, and management intern Annabelle Stewart. Two years earlier Annabelle Stewart spent one glorious night with our story line hero but walked away the next morning, leaving only her panties behind. Fast forward to present day where Annabelle would reconnect with Dakota at Clio and Jack’s (PLAY FOR ME) wedding, a reconnection that would lead to Annabelle working as a management intern for the band but all is not well when Annabelle suspects a problem with the band’s manager, a problem directed at our story line heroine. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Annabelle and Dakota, and the potential fallout as Dakota becomes suspicious of Annabelle and her unlikely intentions.

Dakota Perri never forgot about the one that got away, and reconnecting with Annabelle meant the stars and planets had aligned. Now that Annabelle had been hired to work with the band, Dakota ‘s attraction to Annabelle did not go unnoticed and in this, behind the scenes jealousy and betrayal were about to destroy our story line couple.

The relationship between Dakota and Annabelle is one of second chances, second chances that will all but be shattered with issues of trust brought on by someone else.Annabelle had fallen in love with our story line hero but neither one would admit to forever or something more. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and passionate without the use of over the top sexually graphic language and text.

Once again, we are introduced to the members of Balefire: Adam Tron; Blu Connolly and Ashleigh Baker (Sing For Me 2), Jack Whitehorse and his fiancé Clio Barnes (Play for Me #1), as well as their manager Garrett Phillips,PA Caroline Zanetti; Annabelle’s sister Emma, their parents Alan and Ellie Stewart, and Dakota’s father Rich Perri. The back and forth between band members, as well as their significant others is real and heart warming.

WILD FOR ME is a story of power and control, jealousy and envy, second chances, misunderstanding, issues of trust, love and forgiveness. The premise is dramatic and edgy with moments of fun; the characters are spirited, energetic and impulsive; the romance is sensual and provocative yet at times, heart breaking and sad.

I love romance novels and do tend to read regency or historical romance, but when I don't reach for a historical romance I'd look for a book like this one. I'll admit I was skeptical at the beginning since the character names were awful and I didn't really like the 2 different POV style of organization, I got sucked into it very quickly and read it nonstop in 2 days :)

This is the 3rd in the series. I really enjoyed the two main characters. Yes, the hero was flawed, and the way they met was "interesting", but I did really get involved in their relationship. I could look past how easily Dakota was fooled into believing Annabelle was cheating on him (especially after hearing more about his and his dad's back story) which I think was an issue for other readers. I was sucked into their romance and clear interest in each other despite the silly nicknames and the fact that Garrett (who inserted himself into their relationship and tried to ruin it didn't get as much of a comeuppance as I felt he deserved. Ultimately the descriptions of the other characters even made me want to read their stories, so I'm going to read those next :) I really hope that Bailey gets his own book next (after Tron's), he deserves a happy ending!

Thank you NetGalley for an ARC of this book.

I have not read the books in this series and after finishing this one. They’re just a click away.
I can’t wait to read them. I loved the writing style, I felt like I really got to know the characters.
Rockstar romances are always hit or miss but this was a HIT!

Let me start with what I really enjoyed about the book. From about 40% on I was HOOKED. I couldn’t put the book down until I finished. I really love instant romance books and this book is just that. You have Annabelle and Dakota reconnecting at a wedding after a night together on the past. The connection is instant and the sexual attraction never diminishes.

What made the first portion of the book difficult for me was the round about conversations. They felt quite repetitive especially pertaining to everyone asking about Annabelle’s and Dakota short lived past. BUT if you were to be a reader who didn’t read the other two books, it’s a great way to get some background context. My only other “I wish I had more” was conversations between the two of them to build more depth. You can tell they have a connection physically and emotionally but you’re not given any other clues outside of the constant sexy times they have.

Overall, for me from 40% in (where conflict begin while on tour) kept me drawn into the story and wanting to know more. I’m excited to read the 4th installment of this series in January! It’s a solid 3.5 stars for me.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my hovers review.

Annabelle never expected to get the attention of Dakota Perri but once she did she was determined to make their night together memorable. That night made an impact on both of them but Annabelle never expected it to become more.
Two years after their one night stand she is still on his mind and when he suddenly runs into her again at a Balefire wedding he is determined that she will not get away again and he will use all his rockstar perks and his fame to to make her his. When Annabelle gets an internship with Balefire's management team Dakota wants her on tour with them which does not sit well with their interfering manager who does his best to make Annabelle's life as miserable as possible and who I am sure got very close to being fired by the band.
There were really no surprises in how this story unfolded but it definitely has it's special moments such as when Dakota has dinner with Annabelle's family and realises what he has missed in his life, and Dakota and Annabelle will definitely heat up your kindle with their hot passion, whew!
I really loved this rock star romance, it is easy to read, very enjoyable and I definitely had a touch of envy for Annabelle. I mean who doesn't want their favourite rocker to fall in love with them?

This is the 3rd book in the Balefire series. This book tells the story of Annabelle Stewart and Dakota Perri. Annabelle and Dakota first met 2 years ago after a Balefire concert and had the most amazing night. The two have never been able to forget about one another. Fast forward, the two reconnect at Jack and Clio's (Play For Me) wedding.
Annabelle, a recent college graduate looking for an internship, gets the opportunity of a lifetime working with Balefire's management and marketing team. She decides to accept even though it means seeing Dakota on a regular basis. Dakota, the lead guitarist of Balefire, has no problem getting women. But there's something different about Annabelle that makes him consider changing his ways.
This book was told in dual POV and did a great job of telling the story. It did feel similar to Sing For Me, only because of why the two decided to split before talking it out and realizing the truth. Overall, it was a very great read. Looking forward to the next book which is Adam Tron's story.

Wild For Me by Tam DeRudder Jackson.
The Balefire Series Book 3.
This is a new author for me. I liked the cover and blurb that's what drew me to read this book. I liked Dakota and Annabelles characters. They were my favourite. I will definitely be looking at the rest of the series. 5*.

World famous band Balefire’s lead guitarist, Dakota Perri is known for hooking up with groupies and saying goodbye after a night or two. When Annabelle Stewart is handed backstage passes for one of their concerts, she plans to be his groupie for just one night and successfully accomplishes her goal. Never expecting to see him again, Annabelle walks into the wedding rehearsal of her college best friend, Clio to Jack Whitehorse, Balefire’s drummer and back into Dakota’s arms. She goes on tour with him, knowing full well his reputation, hoping for a fun summer. Instead, Annabelle falls hard enough for him to break her heart.

Wild for Me is a steamy rock star romance I won’t soon forget. Annabelle and Dakota are a perfect match with hot chemistry and sweet love for each other. A quick and easy read, it provides the escape from reality I need at times from the stress of life. This installment is the third in the Balefire series, and can definitely be read as a standalone, but I suggest reading the whole awesome series!

This third book in the Balefire series stole my heart just like the other two books in the series did!

From the moment that Dakota and Annabelle hooked up after the rock concert that took place in Play For Me, I always wondered if more would happened between the two of them after they walked their separate ways after a mind blowing night. For the man who is essentially a walking one night stand he finds himself unable to just brush her out of his mind like he has with every other hook up he has had.

They are both shocked to the core at seeing each other again at Jack and Clio's wedding two years after their night together. And while Annabelle attempts to stir clear, Dakota has other plans and doesn't let her slip away that easily again.

The angst between Dakota and Annabelle was on fire! They want each other so bad, but Annabelle feels herself teetering on a ledge. She is stuck between staying put to be professional for her management internship with the band that will no doubt lead to a scholarship to one of the best graduate programs or to jump and accept what is undoubtedly blazing between especially when Dakota comes right out and tells her he is wild for her.

I couldn't get enough of this book and the characters which is exactly how I felt with Jack and Clio & Blu and Ashleigh. Each of the men of Balefire have stolen my heart. I am beyond excited for Adam Tron's novel that will be out next! I squealed yet again to be able to have a little sneak peak at it before the arc for it has even become available.

If you love guitar playing rockstars, head string women, and a romance that starts as a one night stand that becomes more then definitely check this book out.

Thank you NetGalley for an ARC of this amazing book.

4 1/2 Stars for this rocker and his Annababy!

I just loved Dakota and Annabelle! They are my favorite couple of this series. Annabelle tried to be the wild child but deep down she wanted what her friends had ... a stable relationship with a guy who loves with all his heart. I loved how, even though Dakota was a player, Annabelle was able to stop him dead in his tracks. I found the banter between the characters to flow easily, especially between the band members. Garrett ... I would have liked to give him a swift kick, he made me so mad. We got a little hint of Tron's book and I can't wait for it.

Annabelle's dream came true when she got one night with Dakota, the lead guitarist from the rock band Balefire. Two years later, they meet again at their friend's wedding. Annabelle thought that Dakota would never remember her and totally understood that, after all he was a rockstar and had a different girl in his bed every night. Dakota can't believe his eyes when he spies the girl he slept with two years ago ... the girl he can't get out of his head. But she slips past him at the end of the evening. He gets another chance when days later she's there ..., right in front of him ... the new intern. Will Dakota and Annabelle be able to keep their hands of each other so she can do the job she was hired for? Or will outside forces keep them apart before anything can even get started.

Wild For Me is the third book in this series. Even though it could be read as a standalone, I believe it is much more enjoyable if the books are read in order.

This book follows the romance of Dakota and Annabelle. I enjoyed seeing Dakota as a person with feelings. In the previous books, he was the stereotypical rockstar where women were concerned. It was good to see that his previous one night with Annabelle had affected him more than anyone knew. Even though it took Dakota the majority of the book to fully realize what Annabelle truly meant to him, the journey was a good one. It was also helpful to gain a better understanding of why he chose to keep women at arms length.

From Annabelle's standpoint, she never wanted to let herself imagine she'd be more to Dakota than a passing fancy. For this reason, she continually doubted their relationship which made her trust of him very shaky. It makes her an easy target for those trying to undermine their relationship.

Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC. I voluntarily chose to review it and the opinions contained within are my own.

Thank you NetGalley and Warrior Romance Press for access to the eArc of Wild For Me, Book Three of the Balefire Series, by Tam Derudder Jackson.

If you read book one of the series, we are briefly introduced to Annabelle and Dakota, who have a one night stand after Dakota's band, Balefire performs in Denver, CO. Two years later, as another band mate is getting married, they reconnect, and what ensues is Dakota, THE player, falling quickly for Annabelle, while she is slightly apprehensive to any kind of relationship with Dakota, and his extensive history of non-commitment.

I really enjoyed both this book, and the entire series! Dakota is my favorite character type: masculine, player, who falls hard and fast for a confident, no-shame woman, and has to pull out all the stops to convince her he's willing to be in a monogamous relationship. The book is full of good spice scenes, and the connection with the other band mates is hilarious. Can't wait for book #4 to come out for Tron’s storyline and finally have all the rock boys in love!

I just love a steamy rockstar romance, and this delivered!! I read through this pretty quickly and I really enjoyed the characters and their obvious chemistry. I'll definitely be going back and reading the other books in the series!

Wild For Me is the third book in the Balefire series and I have been waiting for its release. The main characters featured in this installment were secondary characters in the previous books, and I wanted to see how their story would unfold. Be prepared for a wild and sizzling journey.

Wild For Me features Annabelle Stewart and Dakota Perri. Annabel, a recent college graduate, is hoping to secure an internship to increase her chance of admission to an MBA program. It so happens her favorite band is Balefire, and one of her fantasies was to spend one night in the arms of the hot lead guitarist. Two years ago, she fulfilled this fantasy and never expected their paths to cross again. However, the nuptials of her best friend, to the drummer for Balefire, paved the way for their paths to cross again. She knows she should stay away, but the opportunity to intern as a marketing assistant for the band sealed her fate.

Dakota is the lead guitarist for Balefire. Female fans are always throwing themselves at him and he aims to please. Not one for commitment, he never sleeps with the same woman more than once. But that was until he met Annabelle, the one woman who had the power to make him rethink his stance on commitment. If only he could convince her she was not another notch on his bedpost.

Although I enjoyed the story, it’s not one one I am likely to re-read. It served its intended purpose, which was to keep me entertained. In this story, none of the main characters has an interest in a committed relationship. However, when love came knocking, they had no choice but to open the door and take a leap.

I enjoyed getting to know Dakota and Annabelle as individuals. They are both ambitious and hardworking and not afraid to pursue their dreams. Further light was shed on the reason for Dakota’s fear of commitment. A reason, which would certainly have an adverse effect on a young child. Now I was not a fan of the romance which developed between them. It would seem sex was the  glue that held their relationship together. I wished they gave the same energy to communicating that they gave to sex. If they did, then I am sure the complication which arose near the end would have been avoided. Unfortunately, I did not have an emotional connection to the romance.

It was a pleasure catching up with most of the characters from the previous books. The issue regarding the band’s manager reared its ugly head once again, resulting in a new host of problems and it would seem no steps were taken to address it. So, like the previous book Wild For Me, ended with unresolved issues.

Wild For Me delivered a steamy and entertaining tale, which would appeal to fans of romance featuring rock stars.

Addictive read, could not put it down until finished in a few hours. Turns out that even the wildest of the bunch, Dakota can be tamed without consciously trying. Dakota's one night stand with Annabelle becomes the yardstick that others are measured against and found wanting, he can't get her out of his thoughts. Once they meet again , it's on. Loved the chemistry and rapport between these two, devoured the pages until the satisfying end. Definitely would recommend not only this book but this series as well,

That one night after the concert in Red Rocks was the supposed to be the first and last night of Dakota Perri and Annabelle Stewart. Of course, with Dakota being the lead guitarist of Balefire who so much enjoyed after-concert hot activities, what would Annabelle hope for? But years later, on the wedding of their best friends, the two met once again and rekindled everything between them.

Wild For Me is the third book in the Balefire Series and Tam's writing style was amazing. It was simple with her own way of making the readers crave for more. The characters are well-described too and I loved how Tam was able to interestingly introduce the main ones, Annabelle and Dakota. The backstory of Dakota as to why pursued music and being in the band is compelling.

❝All my life, I've been trying to be whole, and with you, I finally was.❞

Their chemistry is perfect— and hot. Take it.

This maybe my first time reading a book of Tam, I could say that I admire the bond of the Balefire members and how they got each others' back especially whenever Garrett is being annoying. Congratulations Tam for successfully making Garrett an annoying character! You did well on that and I really love when the guys give him a savage blow of words.

Guess you don't have to read the previous books because I directly jumped on this third book and still enjoyed it. Recommending this to those who like office and secret romances, and into hot rock stars.

STEAMY!!! This book was filled with steamy moments, rock-n-roll bands, and so much more! Annabelle and Dakota definitely find themselves in the end. I love how they still felt connect after those years apart and we were able to see them work everything out. I just want more of their story!!!
