Wow, I’ve followed this lady for quite a while and fancied reading her book. This is a very no holds barred account and definitely not for those who are offended by foul language! Brutally honest and courageous. Go Laura!

I’ve been following Laura for a while on social media, so I was lucky that I got a chance to read this. Funny with lots of swearing, but at least it’s honest!

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

I love Knee Deep in Life on social media.
Her fresh take on the nonsense that appears online never fails to make me laugh.
What this book also tell us is that even though it would appear Laura can laugh and not take herself seriously she is also honest and up front about her mental health and that all is not what it appears through a filter.

This was an incredibly uplifting, informative and funny book. I love Laura’s Instagram and have for many years. Her personality and honesty have always kept me going in times of uncertainty and bad days.
I was excited to read this book and I wasn’t disappointed. Just like her online presence, her personality and humour shone through as she told her story. I wish it could have gone on forever because I didn’t want it to end. Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher and author for a chance to read and review this fantastic book. I hope Laura decides to write more in the future!

The author is honest and blunt and you can extract some useful motherhood advice in places, especially if you have babies or toddlers. I am not against swearing in books but I just found it too much and constant in this case. The author obviously has a supportive audience who follow her blog and if you are a fan of her blog and writing style already then I am sure you will enjoy this book. It just wasn't for me personally.

I adore Laura Belbin and have followed her page on social media - if you want honest, gritty, no holds barred truths about relationships and motherhood - she is a must-follow - however - be warned, she swears - a lot - which to me just makes her more relatable!
I particularly love her video of 'drunk Steve (her husband!)

Laura's book is filled with raw honesty, brutal at times but so truthful - it's as though she's talking to me in a pub with a huge gin and tonic - she's like a friend that I have known for years.
The book is easy to read and at times I cried laughing whilst reading it.

Completely loved it!
