🌱THE EXCELLENT
~ A simple introduction/guide to ‘executing’ your start-up and identifying its overall lifecycle funding needs
~ Although the book doesn’t dig deeply, it does provide a solid introduction to what your business will need, and several lists of terms which require further research depending on the advice you decide to follow
~ Case studies of start-ups are presented at the end and their funding strategies assessed
~ A quick uncomplicated read to create and align the bones and sinew of your business model
~ I appreciated that the book expects you to go do more reading and research

“Saad Alsogair covers not only the basics of entrepreneurship, but provides business owners with a blueprint for impressing investors”. This is done, but the blueprint is emerges as the need to have a strong business funding concept backed by a solid business idea with well-developed supporting materials. At the end of the book, you have a clear idea of the elements you will need to make a good impression on investors.

✨Give it a read.

🌱THE MEH
~ Few overall examples, or possible templates
~ Some chapters could have been developed more, maybe with an example/scenario

♡🌱 But that’s just me ;)
