Olivia is almost the last remaining member of her family and the last Cattenach to continue the ranching legacy of her family. When her brother's friend and fellow soldier, Nate, shows up to bring her back a final message from her brother she finds some hope and possibly a future. Nate is definitely a tortured hero. He feels responsible for Olivia's brother's death and is carrying the heavy weight of his promises and guilt around with him. But with Olivia - he also finds some peace.

I really liked this book - and both Nate and Olivia. There is some angst - but it is resolved pretty quickly - and I liked how both Olivia and Nate were able to work through their shared grief together.

One thing that was missing from this book (and maybe the sequel) that I really hope happened - would be Nate taking on the Cattenach last name when he and Olivia got married. Kelly Moran - take note of something for a future epilogue ;)

I received this as an ARC from NetGalley, but these opinions are all my own.

This was Nate & Olivia’s book. Nearly the last remaining member of Olivia Cattenach's family has just died overseas and left her overcome by grief. But when a soldier shows up at her ranch with a final message from her brother, she finds new purpose. Nathan Roldan is as formidable as they come. Bulging muscles and inked to boot, he looks like every bit the bad boy he claims to be. Except, under his shuttered gaze and behind his walls lies a gentle giant. Determined to carry out her brother's wishes, she chips away at Nate's layers and discovers more pain than any person should ever have to endure. And a passion she never dreamed was possible. This one was a bit emotional for me. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

I really liked this book. It had a bit of everything: sweet, heat, laughs, tears, drama, calm and reflective moments and of course love. I enjoyed both characters, and thought they were pretty well developed. Be warned it does deal with a few topics that some may find triggering. Overall, an enjoyable story. *I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and this is my voluntary and honest review.

**4.5 Stars**

Redemption is an emotional and beautiful story of friendship, family and love after loss. Olivia's world shattered when her brother was killed in action. Months later, his friend, Nate shows up on her ranch and turns her world upside down.

I adored every moment of Olivia and Nate's story. It wasn't always sunshine and rainbows, but it was real. I felt so many emotions as I read this book and I haven't wanted a happily ever after for two people as much as I have these two in a long time. I think the author did a wonderful job with this story line about two people being able to heal each other's hearts and bring each other peace in a time when neither was expecting it.

Redemption was about love, but also about finding gifts in unexpected places and finally feeling like you are home. This author has some wonderful stories that seriously hit me in the feels and this was exactly that. I cannot wait to dive into book two and read more about the Cattenach Ranch and these fantastic characters!

Thank you to Netgalley for the opportunity to read a copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.

This story is a heartwarming tale that reads like a true Kelly Moran novel. She is not afraid to take on hard topics along with providing an amazing romantic story.

Redemption takes on the loss of a brother who is in the Army as well as PTSD and survivor guilt from his commanding officer. These things are never more relevant than when you spend your Memorial Day reading such a wonderful story. The flashbacks are very powerful in this story. As with every Kelly Moran story, this one evokes every emotion as the characters move from sadness and devastation to redemption and love. It is inspiring to go on that journey with them.

This book was just as good as the other one in the series (Benediction). One of my favorite characters in the story is Bones. This ranch dog is wise beyond his years with a good sense of people's true nature before they even realize it themselves. He gravitates to where he is needed most and sees what people will become. It adds a great touch to the story and definitely breaks up some of the heavier issues that are touched on so that you have a good flow to the story.

This is a wonderful story about loss, love, friends and second chances. Olivia has just lost her brother fighting overseas. Nate his buddy brings her a letter that her brother wrote before he was killed. In it he asks Olivia to look after Nate as he has no family. Nate was also asked to look after Olivia. Can they help each other heal? Time will tell.

I don't have a ton to say about this book.
I'm kind of on the fence about it, because while i liked it, I didn’t love it and in general I don’t like third person POV(which I found A LOT of books have recently)

I gave it about 3 stars, but even though I didn't love it, you might! go check it out ASAP!
Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC!

A very emotional romance about 2 people who have suffered a lot in the past. Nate is suffering from PTSD and Olivia is grieving over her brother's death. A very sexy read. I love how they grow and heal together at the end. Terrific contemporary romance.....

Thanks to the publisher for the arc.
