I love a romantic comedy and this was perfection! This author has quickly become a favourite of mine! A great well written book!

I enjoyed this book so much! I wasn't sure what to expect going into this, but I always keep my expectations relatively low for romances, especially as Sullivan's name wasn't one I was familiar with - so this was a pleasant surprise. I flew through this and kept picking it up throughout the day because I was such a fan of Grace and Noah and their dynamic of enemies-to-lovers quickly turning into a flirty competition between one another. I appreciated Noah's earnest apologies in owning his mistakes, and how Grace brought together people from his and her lives to form a community around them that they have both shied away from embracing previously. After getting to read some of the interactions between Noah's brother and his girlfriend, I will definitely be going back and reading their story of how they fell in love too!

This was a cute romance, slightly ruined by miscommunication. However, a really fun read and I enjoyed my time reading it.

A sweet little romance, it's closed door too for anyone who doesn't like spice. There's isn't any enemies to lovers vibes really because they fancy eachother obviously from the start. And any tension/bad vibes is through miscommunication. I just wish sometimes characters would talk more to eachother.

I still read it quickly and enjoyed my time with it. Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity.✨

Another gem from a brilliant author. I love this author and this is one that hasn’t disappointed. This is a book that has pulled me in and I have devoured in just one sitting.
Addictive plot, great characters and a book that is worthy of all the praise.

Sorry for being incredibly late with this review.

I really wanted to love this one but for some reason I just could not get into it. I didn't care about the characters at all so I sadly had to dnf this one.

Honestly I am definitely in the minority when it comes to this one as everyone seems to love it!

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I really started to like this but it took so long for me to get into it. The writing was very slow paced and just didn’t keep me hooked, but the story itself was cute and the romance was a good slow burn which I enjoyed!

Loved the book. Had my favourite trope— enemies to lovers. Enjoyed the banter & chemistry. Would’ve preferred more tension between the two!

This book was just... okay.

I really wanted to love this as it has one of my favourite tropes - enemies to lovers - however there wasn't much tension at all, there was too much banter and attraction.

Grace and Noah also just weren't my favourite, I didn't get a feel for them as there was no growth or depth in their characters. Also need to mention the 'romance' was quite lack-luster. I understand not every reader likes spice, but this was such a tease. There were quite a few set ups for steamy scenes only for it to end up being closed door.

This one wasn't for me however for a quick romance read it definitely could work for others.

⭐️⭐️.5

There are some books that you just don’t click with, and unfortunately this one didn’t do it for me, which is a shame because I was so excited to read it! I don’t know if maybe I wasn’t in the right mindset, but usually I’m always up for a cutesy romance and this one contained some of my favourite tropes; hate to love, close proximity with a dual point of view, but this one just felt extremely slow and took me over two weeks to get through 😟

In this book, we follow Grace and Noah who are becoming neighbours, though Noah wants to buy Grace’s house from under her to create a pool for his own. They both live on different ends of the financial spectrum, and Grace dreams about becoming an interior designer. They start off on completely the wrong foot, but Grace’s passion for design may just help Noah bag a magazine spread. Can they work together, or will it all end in tears?

I enjoyed the whole interior design aspect, and I thought that would be fun to read about as my mum and I have been working on transforming my bedroom, but it just took me so long to read and I just couldn’t get on board with the romance. The chemistry wasn’t completely there for me, and I feel as though they fell too quickly for a “hate to love” romance.

If you are looking for a cutesy, very innocent read, I would recommend it. There is no bad language and it is a fade to black, no spice romance! It just wasn’t for me!

This was a really sweet love story, and I found myself enjoying it much more than I thought I would.

Grace is an interior design student whose grandparents she never knew, left her their house in their will. Next door to Grace's new home lives Noah, a rich businessman from New York with a reputation for not taking things seriously. Noah has his eye on Grace's property, but Grace refuses to sell. Shenanigans ensue as Noah tries to convince Grace, and Grace tries to resist him. Over time they both begin to accept they're attracted to each other, and in a twist of events their relationship really begins to develop...

I loved the character development of both our MC's. Noah's journey into trusting himself and his own judgement, and in learning to have faith that the people around him would support him, was really sweet, and watching him learn to own to his mistakes and actually work at making them right was great. Grace's journey of learning to let herself love, and trust that she wasn't going to make the same mistakes as her mother was equally rewarding. Oh, and the third act break-up was done well, and didn't last long so I was pleased lmao.

Although the writing was a bit clunky, and there were some loose ends I would've appreciated getting some closure on, this was a really lovely story.

A refreshing romance…. Everyone knows you should love your neighbour, but that's easier said than done.

And Grace and Noah are about to find out just how thin the line is between love and hate...

A great enemy to lover romance! It is a very funny book - from the beginning and throughout.

When you get into the story it's very wholesome and has such a sweet ending. Couples supporting each other, a healthy and supporting romance! I would recommend this book - especially if you love or are interested in DIY and romantic relationships!

I completely adored this book. It was so nice to read a romance where the relationship develops right from the start and there isn’t just a mad rush in the end.
The characters were relatable and I loved Josh, Rosie and Morty too!

An easy and speedy enemies to lovers romance read.
I am not sure that the enemies element truly worked as there was more of a one situation issue that was non negotiable and he was a bit of a jerk. There wasn’t much to it but the scenario for them working together provided a superb backdrop for their budding romance and the secondary characters were all pretty comical in a good way.
I liked that you didn’t have to know any of the characters from the first in the series, they featured but were in no way tied to this book

Thanks very much to NetGalley and the publishers for a free ARC in exchange for a review.

This was a really cute, but meaningful read. I thought I was going to hate Noah, and for a bit, I did, but I really came around towards the end. He and Grace are absolutely adorable, but I was getting frustrated with how much of a jerk he was at the beginning. With enemies to lovers, you want them to be enemies, but still see the reasons they'd be attracted to each other so you can root for them. But, if one of them (Noah) is a massive asshole with no redeeming qualities at the begining, it is hard to root. However, Noah did redeem himself. Mostly.

I did feel like almost all the problems in the book could have been solved by Grace and Noah going to therapy? Which Grace jokes about at the end, and I was sort of thinking, yeah you should definitely go.

But, this is super sweet and the banter is fun. It's all fade to black, so there's nothing explicit, and the whole cast of characters is really lovely. A soft, romantic read, with some good humour.

Four stars!

A cute and light-hearted romance read.

How to Love Your Neighbour is a light and sweet romance story. I enjoyed reading about the developing relationship between the two protagonists and especially liked the dual POV as readers are able to explore the plot from both perspectives. The plot was well paced and easy to read, however there were some plot points that felt rushed or were not explored in as much detail as I would have hoped. I thought that the plotline with Grace's mum felt rushed and almost pointless as it was only touched on lightly. I would have liked to see this feature explored in more detail and to see it become a biggest form of conflict for the characters.

Overall, an easy and enjoyable read.

A very cute and enjoyable read which was exactly what I needed when I entered this book. With all the tropes I enjoy, especially enemies to lovers and forced proximity, this was a lovely read that I will probably revisit later.
