I loved this book as much as I loved the first ones in the series. It’s more unique and the humor just made it all a perfect read while keeping it true to the more serious matters as grief and heartbreak.
Fake dating is probably one of my favourite tropes and this book ticked all the boxes in my case.
So looking forward to read more in the future.
Very grateful to the publisher for my review copy

4.5
After reviewing too many ARCs that didn’t work for me, I am thrilled to say I feel reinvigorated for ARCs after finishing Wilder With You. I really loved it, and I can’t wait to go back and read the earlier books in the series.
Clark Wilder is a mountain man adventure guide, whose wife passed a few years ago. Jessa is newly divorced, and is going on one of Clark’s tours. They end up in a situation where it works for them both to pretend to be dating, but as per every faking dating romance, it starts to feel real. And hot. Yew!
Things I liked:
- You have to be a pretty smart author to write such a light and fun book while simultaneously doing justice to the grief, guilt and humiliation the characters have experienced. It was impressive!
- Excellent steam to story ratio. The chemistry was excellent!
- Clark’s growth from a two-word surly grouch to a laughing charmer felt natural - I was like “how did he get here? Ah. Growth. And love.”
- Usually I find universe and series building content tedious to read, but I was invested in the Wilder brothers. I can already tell that Easton and Hanna’s book is gunna slap (gunna slap? What am I, 20? I’ve been around too many youths lately)
- Jessa was so good at talking about her feelings! There were no miscommunications because she was so good at being honest! REFRESHING!
- Fortune telling Buck. IYKYK
Things I didn’t like:
- There were a few moments where I wanted more of the characters in their day to day lives - sometimes there were time jumps (even if short) where I was wondering what happened in between. I guess this shows I was invested?
- Honestly, not much else!
In short: A delightful surprise. And I’m so fussy too! Serena Bell, colour me impressed.

We all know and love a good one bed trope, but this book introduces the one tent trope - which honestly might be better?! Throw in fake dating and 'Wilder with You' creates the perfect romance novel.
Is this the most unique book in the world? No, but I don't read romance novels for a new unique idea, I read them because I want to be swept away by a hunky heart throb that gives me the warm and fuzzies. This book does that perfectly.

I received this book from net galley and the publisher as an ARC. Thank you! All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thanks to Netgalley, the publisher and the author for an ARC of this book. I am posting this review voluntarily.
This book is the 3rd in a series of standalone contemporary romances about the Wilder family. I read the opening paragraph and I knew I was going to like this.
Basically, Jessa gets stuck on a hiking trip solo when her ex-husband turns up with his new girlfriend, and Clark Wilder steps in the save her from humiliation. He's attracted to her but not quite over the death of his wife 2 years ago and so, even though there is chemistry. She's still heartbroken over her douchebag ex-husband's betrayal so they both agree to keep things 'fake'. Which of course works well and they part ways amicably the end (ha ha gotcha).
Of course these two end up tearing each other's clothes off in spectacular fashion and fake turns into real turns into messy.
I loved the other characters just as much as Clark and Jessa, especially Hanna (I demand to read more about her - she speaks to me). I'm looking forward to reading more and might even go back and read the first two.
Heat rating is scorching on this one - not for the faint-hearted.
A very fun read.

This was a very enjoyable book. Clark lost his wife and Jessa is recovering from a bad divorce and they start fake dating. Not the trope I generally go for but it was all handled beautifully. There was humor and emotion and heat and a great depiction of family, both found and biological.

This ARC was provided to me via Kindle, Author Collective 20 and by #NetGalley. Opinions expressed are completely my own.
What a fun, light, easy, enjoyable quick read!

A powerful and sensitive telling in this story of how Clark Wilder overcomes his grief at losing his wife Emma and the guilt he carries, and finds love with Jessa who’s husband told the world in his book that he was having an affair on her, its his flaunting it in front of her that leads to the fake romance.between Clark and Jessa.

This is the third book I've read in the Wilder series and I have to say that I think this might be my favorite! I loved the first with straight-laced brother Gabe and the second book in the series with the bad-boy brother, Brody was not my favorite, but still a good read. But this third installment?? *SIGH* Grumpy but tender hearted brother, Clark is.... *chef's kiss!* definitely my favorite Wilder Brother so far.
Clark....
grieving the loss of his wife, Emma while trying to survive day to day. He's a wilderness loving, bearded mountain-man who's good with kids, honest, and tough on the outside but complete mush for those he loves.
Jessa...
recovering from a humiliating divorce and a tough blow to her small business. Sunshine, optimistic, romantic but bruised from betrayal, accepting, and loyal.
When they "fake date" but begin to have "real feelings" things get dicey. Can they figure out how to mend their broken hearts and move forward together?
Wilder With You is an open door romance, full of swoon worthy moments, slow burn, and sweet confessions. The more Clark and Jessa try to deny their feelings, the stronger their chemistry gets. The book is a fun, easy read. Although there are some tough topics (I.e. divorce and death of a spouse) they are not the main focus of Clark and Jessa's story. The book is focused on their futures, not their pasts.
The epilogue is sweet and there is a peek at Kane's story at the end of the book. Definitely one I'm adding to my TBR list, but Clark and Jessa are going to be hard to beat!
Thank you to NetGalley and Author Collective 20, Jelsba Media Group for the ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

When I say I'm obsessive, I'm serious. MAN, THIS BOOK IS AMAZING. It fucking hits. It's fantastic, so read it, or I'll make you. It's a romantic comedy set in a small town.
It begins with Jessa preparing for a three-day trip to learn survival skills led by the legendary Wilder Adventure. Jessa's friend, however, had to cancel at the last minute, leaving her alone. What could possibly go wrong, right? It just so happens that her scumbag ex-husband and his new girlfriend will be joining her on this trip. How fun… not.
Clark Wilder is the trip leader and, of course, a member of the famous Wilder family. For a long time, this man has not had it easy. Unfortunately, his wife died, and he has been effectively shutting out the rest of the world as a result of his suffering.
Clark and Jessa already know each other because they live in a small town. Jessa used to be a member of Clark's deceased wife Emma's book club. Clark and Jessa have met each other a few times after her death, but Clark never says anything or finds a way to get out of a small conversation.
With this trip, he will be unable to ignore her. Especially when Jessa's ex-husband asked if she was on this trip alone, and Clark stepped in and confirmed she was with him. He could tell Jessa's ex was a jerk right away, and he wasn't about to let him get away with being even more of a jerk and ruin her trip. So, not only for her sake but also for his, they agreed to fake date.
Clark had always been nagged by the Wilder family to get back into dating, but he was never ready. But now that he's jumped in to help Jessa, things may not be so bad. Such that no one will bother him about not dating if he has a fake girlfriend. It shouldn't be too difficult to fool the other two Wilder siblings who are helping out on this trip into believing it. Then they can break up right after the trip. Isn't it that simple and easy?
It's not simple at all. Instead of notifying his family that the relationship had ended, he continued to lie. As a result, fake dating continues to occur. Although when the faking starts to become real, they find it safer to hide behind faking it so that none of them can get hurt. Clark does not want to fall in love again, while Jessa believes she is unlovable and therefore does not want to fall in love. They're both completely wrong.
As the book progresses, their genuine affections for each other become more apparent, even if they are unaware of it. These two are so in love with each other that it just radiates from them. They are deserving of the entire world and so much more.

Jessa is fairly sure that Clark Wilder hates her. After all, everytime she has seen him, he basically grunts at her or won't make eye contact. So, she is slightly nervous when her best friend has to back out of the wilderness trip Clark leads, that they booked together. Then things go from bad to worse when her jerk ex-husband shows up on the trip with the woman he left her for. When smarmy ex is introducing her to his new flame, she is humiliated until Clark comes to her rescue and pretends that the two of them have been dating, so she can save face.
Clark's wife, Emma, died two years ago, and he hasn't allowed himself to move on. He's always found her friend, Jessa, atttractive but feels awful about it. Nobody is more surprised than he is when he comes to the rescue of Jessa by pretending they are in a relationship.
As the two of them pretend to be together, Clark realizes this may be the solution to getting his well meaning family off his back about getting back out in the dating world. Neither of them are ready for a relationship, so fake dating seems like the perfect answer.
This is the third book in the Wilder Adventures series (but can easily be read as a stand alone). Of all the brothers in the Wilder family, I was the most concerned about how a rom com would work for Clark, having lost his wife. Serena Bell does a beautiful job of healing both of these characters in this book. Each has had a very different trauma in their past relationship, and both are allowed to grieve in their own way. As always, the chemistry that she writes in her characters is just off the charts amazing, and the quick witted banter between them is perfection.
I loved this newest book, and I absolutely cannot wait for more in the series!
Thanks so much to Jelsba Media Group for providing me with an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review!

Wilder With You is Book 3 of the Wilder Adventures Series, which is a really fun, quick and steamy read. I love the fake-dating trope, and I think it worked really well here. There were also plenty of laughs alongside the spice, which I appreciated! Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Jessa is on one of Clark's wilderness trips when the worst happens and her ex husband and his new girlfriend turn up on the trip too. Jessa and Clark end up fake dating to help her deal with the trip and him deal with his family.
Will it lead to anything more for them, or is he not ready to move on from his later wife?
Can't wait for the next book in the series.

This was a fun, quick and oh so spicy romance read! I quickly fell in love with Clark and Jessa and was rooting for them to get their HEA. Clark is a wilderness guide with a huge and delightful family and Jessa is wedding planner. Once and Clark and Jessa start fake dating, the rest is history!
Thank you to NetGalley and Senera Bell for the ARC of Wilder With You! I can't wait for Kane's story!

A wilderness warrior and wedding planner of his brother’s wedding find
themselves stuck in a very tight tent during their fake dating!
Well, this book is entertaining, steamy, hilarious and also very emotional.
Jessa plans Clark’s brother’s wedding, self sufficient, strong woman who wants to get rid of her cheater ex.
Clark who also suffers from losing his wife Emma, pretending as her boyfriend to help her out from this disturbing situation. But it seems like fate has other plans. As hard as they push too hard to stay away from each other, their paths keep crossing in coincidental circumstances including Vegas trips, very entertaining DIY disasters, unexpected venue visits.
Both of the characters are so much lovable: they both have different reasons to hold themselves back: they are still traumatized because of their baggages from own pasts.
I personally had great time during my swoon-sweet-soft- enjoyable reading time! Absolutely recommended for feelgood romance lovers!
I haven’t read the previous books of the series but I’m already intrigued about Kane’s story. So I’m looking forward to read the upcoming sequel as well.
Special thanks to NetGalley and Jelsba Media Group for sharing this digital reviewer copy with me in exchange my honest thoughts.
