Overall a fun, escape type read that's light hearted. I found some nuggets of wisdom too. Plus, I'm glad both characters saw room for growth and to leave behind thinking that isn't helplful. (workaholic or perfectionism) I enjoyed the other two books in the series and this one could be read as a stand alone. I thought the beginning started out strong and funny. I thought the h's friends were great sidekicks. A sweet romcom complete with a cooky and funny grandma. By chapter 5 I was feeling this had the right formula of dry humor and sarcasam for a rom com. This little line cracked me up "Tyler frowns at the space like he is some sort of cheesemonger just offered a cube of velveeta." The light teasing and banter between the h & H were funny. I did feel it was a bit heavy, for my taste, on the look at his toned body, muscle or abs. I wouldn't say it was excessive though. Another readers mileage may vary so to speak too. For me after a couple times I read in any book think I get it so let's move on and focus on the realtionship and personality. The issue that had the h & H seperate felt a little forced. However, I thought the ending and epilogue was sweet. For me I'd say a 3.5/4 star read for me. I do recommend trying this author out for a fun read to relax to.

Avery is a wedding planner and Tyler is a photographer working on one of her weddings. An enemies to lovers story, as she doesn't like him to start with and he makes it his mission to annoy her as much as possible. Things change along the way when they rescue a puppy together and she sees a different side to him.

I liked how it is told from both of their points of view.

I really loved this enemy to lover trope, with a duel perspective!

The character development was fab, and so easy to find them lovable. The romance was just the right amount, not too cheesey, and the added extra of a fur baby was perfect!

I didn't realize this would be a Christmas book when I first requested this. Did not finish early on in the book because I am a mood reader. I sadly can't read a Christmas book when it's almost February. I'll give it another try in the future.

Thank you Netgalley and publishers for the chance to read and review.

On schedule is a cute and light romance read, that reminded me of one of my absolute favorite romcoms The Wedding Planner. I loved the development of the relationship and the fun, sweet moments between the characters. There were definite moments when I was so involved in the story I cringed (and had to put the book down) with the character sharing in her embarrassment. A definite must read if you’re looking for something sweet!
Thanks to netgalley for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is a super cute rom com. I wish there was a way to actually see all the photos that Tyler took of Avery, I just know they looked beautiful. I'm love the way that they slowly got to know each other but I just felt as though there was something missing. I wanted the book to go into more detail about how both of their problems with relationships.

I received an arc through netgalley.

Avery is an absolute girl boss with no time for love. At least, that’s what she tells herself. With two friends desperate to help her find the Hallmark-worthy boyfriend of her dreams, Avery is going to have to let down her guard. Tyler is a flannel-loving booked-and-busy photographer who just so happens to be working with Avery on a wedding she’s planning. Could it be that these two coworkers become unlikely friends…or maybe more?

This was my first ever ARC! Thank you so much to Summer and NetGalley for letting me have a copy. This book is so much fun. It’s the perfect light, fluffy, and funny romantic comedy that anyone could ever ask for. While this story isn’t spicy, it does have a great ratio of slow-burn romance to laugh-out-loud interactions. Seriously, I feel like everyone has been on dates with the guys Hope and Haley set up for Avery. The relatability of this book was off the charts. I couldn’t put this down and can’t wait to read more from Summer Dowell!

Sweet HEA romance story. Avery is a workaholic wedding planner always looking to support her clients. Tyler is an up and coming photographer eager to make his mark. They end up paired up sharing a client who wants to document the whole planning experience, requiring them to spend a lot of time together. You follow the twist and turns than help them find Theo way to one another. The author brings out a roller coaster of emotions having you want to yell at Tyler and Avery to see how perfect they are for one another. Great standalone read. I need to go back and read the first two in the series.

On Schedule was a sweet and engaging romance about 2 very different people finding themselves in love. The characters were relatable and real, and the sort of people I would befriend in real life. I enjoyed each of their stories both as separates and a whole. I found the plot easy to follow, and generally engaging. It did drag a bit at times, and there were a LOT of Hallmark references that were a bit superfluous at times. Outside of that of that, this is a clean, easy to read romance. It wasn't earth shattering, but it was cute :) 3.5/5

👰‍♀️📸❤️ On schedule by Summer Dowell ❤️

This is a flirty romance between wedding planner and a puppy, Elvis. Ok ok kidding..between a wedding planner and photographer. It is sweet story filled with best friends, interfering family (in the best way), puppies and a boy taking million photos of the girl. Every girl’s dream. The boy is soooo sweet and caring! It’s like watching a hallmark movie. Even if it seemed super unrealistic and devil on my shoulder making sarcastic comments, it was enjoyable. Sometimes you just need a hallmark movie.

This is the first book I’ve read by Summer Dowell and I’m sure it will not be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed the story of Avery and Tyler! Though things started out pretty rocky for them it was a very engaging ride for me to their happily ever after.

I really enjoyed the way I was immediately drawn into the story, no boring set up of details first. The characters are so lovable, you feel like you know them. I couldn’t put the book down. There was humor, drama, embarrassing situations and heartwarming moments. It wasn’t over the top RomCom craziness, but just a warm and comfortable story that really touched my heart.

This is a book I would recommend to anyone. It was a sweet, clean read, enemies to more romance. Thanks so much to #Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review this book. I now have a new author to add to my favorites list! Well done!

This is personally my favorite of Summer Dowell's books. Ladies are going to love our plaid clad hero, Tyler. Both are workaholics, Avery more so than Tyler, yet they work so well together and make time for one another. It was so much fun seeing Haley and Hope again (from IF IT'S PERFECT and IT'S JUST BUSINESS). They were so funny and their search for a Hallmark worthy SO for Avery was hilarious.

On Schedule is super cute! I really liked the main characters and thought they were very relatable! I had no idea it was the third book in a series of standalones, so I will definitely be checking out the other books!

My only critique is that it felt extremely long. Honestly, Summer Dowell could have cut out both blind dates and all Hallmark references since they felt superfluous to the plot and made the story drag a little.

On Schedule is the third novel in Summer Dowell's The Wedding Business Series, though it can definitely be read as a stand alone novel. Not having read the first two books, I went into this one with no expectations. What I read was a great romantic comedy that reminded me of The Wedding Planner movie in the best was possible.

Avery and Tyler, the two main characters and the wedding planner and photographer respectively, are instantly likable and have great book chemistry. Despite a rocky beginning to their relationship, the two end up bonding as they work on a big wedding and you can tell that despite their differences, they have the same sensibilities, work ethic, and sense of humor.

I was immediately drawn into the story simply because of just how fun both the premise and characters were. I loved it so much I finished it in one sitting.I am definitely going to go back and read the first two novels in this series. I highly recommend this book to fans of romance and romantic comedies.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I was having a day and this book came to me at the perfect time. Love, love when that happens! I was literally laugh out loud with this one and giggling like an idiot😅. It was awesome!

This book has...
👰One wedding planner
📷One photographer
💕Women Friendship
😏 Sarcasm
❤️ Romance
🤣 Humor
🐶 A cute puppy

Summer writes such relatable situations and realistic characters. For example when Avery texted Tyler by mistake....I felt that 😂 !
Really enjoyed the chemistry between the main characters and also the women friendship. Having healthy women relationships is kind of rare to find in fiction. It was nice and made this book even better.
Seeing the female leads from the last books was so much fun.

So if this sounds like something you would enjoy I recommend checking it out. Also Summers blacklist novels, they are just as great!

Thank You @netgalley for providing an ARC in exchange of my honest thoughts and opinions.

I absolutely loved this book! It is a cute romcom that I couldn’t put down. Avery is the best wedding planner around and she just snagged a big client. When she meets up with her she gets the pleasure of meeting the opinionated photographer, Tyler, Tyler loves nothing more than to bug and annoy the wedding planner he will be working around for the next few months, since he was hired as a brides photographer. She wants pictures of everything and that means more of Tyler and Avery time. They have so much tension that the sparks are off the charts. As the story progresses they start to have feelings for each other but will one of them take a leap and see where this could go?

On Schedule is a sweet, lighthearted romantic comedy. The plot revolves around a determined wedding planner and a photographer who are forced to work together.

Avery Davis is an incredibly motivated wedding coordinator. She's got everything figured out. She allows herself a set amount of time to complete each task before moving on to the next. She never stops working or slows down. She's basically a workaholic. She doesn't have time to fall in love, so she figures she'll have to schedule it in someday.

Tyler Beckett is a cute photographer who only wears flannels. One of Avery's brides hires him to photograph not only her wedding but all that happens in between. For him, it's a great opportunity, but Avery isn't thrilled with the scenario.

Along the way, they learn to communicate and open themselves to one another. Especially when they come across an abandoned puppy at a gas station and rush him to Tyler's father's vet clinic. Since that day, and thanks to puppy Elvis, the two of them have been gradually admitting their feelings for one another. But Avery is afraid that she will end up like her parents and would be unfit to be his girlfriend. So, how is it going to play out?

Summer Dowell should be on everyone’s auto-buy list. I wasn’t going to take on anymore books this month, but then this popped up and here we are :) #noregrets This series has been hilarious and I am so glad I’ve read every single one of them! I relate to Avery and her endless to-do list. Tyler’s battle of wits is amazing and frustrating all while being the perfect opposite to Avery. This obviously creates for some great banter, stolen swoony moments, embarrassing situations and I haven’t even gotten to the blind dates Avery’s BF’s set her up on LOL. This is one of those books that is Hallmark-esque, but 100% better than anything you’ll watch on TV!

2 thumbs up, 5 stars and sooooo many calories burned laughing my way through this one!

Thanks to the author/netgalley for the copy. All thoughts in this review are my own.

This is the kind of book I wanted to read at the time of the day when I just wanted to escape for a bit and have a good laugh. And I was laughing. A lot. These two banter was great. I always have fun with a good enemies to lovers so I enjoyed this a lot. ☺️

Avery and Tyler were really fun characters! Tyler was cracking me up by how much he wanted to get on Avery’s nerves. He was pretty fun. I love his flannel obsession.😉Avery was fun too once she let her guard down for a bit. It was nice watching her grow from a very serious, no-nonsense kinda girl to having more fun and being relaxed.
I love Avery’s friends, Hope and Haley— they were hilarious! That first date they set Avery up on was great. I was dying. 😂 I really need to read their stories now. Having the lost puppy in the plot was adorable. I love how Avery and Tyler bonded because of Elvis. (Isn’t that a cute name for a dog?)😂
I loved the Thanksgiving at Tyler’s house (his grandma was the best😂) I was dying of second-hand embarrassment a few times and laughing at the same time. Just glad it wasn’t me.😅 I was cracking up about how they fought over how to eat Sour Patch Kids (I’m definitely on Avery’s side about that one)
All the Hallmark references were cracking me up too.
So basically I was smiling ridiculously pretty much the whole time. It was a lot of fun. ❤️ I love happy ending rom-coms. That epilogue was gold. I LOVE epilogues that happen 2 years later. They are everything!!😭
I really appreciate how clean it was!❤️
If you love clean rom-coms about wedding planners with Hallmark movie vibes, you’ll love this one!
