I needed to read something light and fluffy after a psychological thriller. This didn't disappoint. Ella is being walked over by the boss of the bridal shop where she works. Her father appears to be having an affair which leafs her to meeting Kit. Lucy is divorce lawyer, involved in a messy divorce with a missing teenager. Their best friend Brittany is getting married at Sandy Cove.
Actually not as fluffy as I first thought. There are deep themes running through the book. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to Netgalley for the advance review copy in exchange for an honest review

Bella has written another delightful story full of love, drama and as always laugh out loud moments! I find myself drawn in instantly when I start reading Bella's books and The Wedding at Sandy Cove did just that too!

While this would be a perfect light summer read, it had such a warm and cosy feel about it and was perfect to curl up with under a blanket by the heater and enjoy the escapism!

It was filled with such lovely characters and I loved all of them in their own way. A few serious issues were embedded in the story but not where it felt too heavy.

As always with Bella's books, highly recommended!

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC of this book. I have chosen to write this honest review voluntarily and it reflects my personal opinion.
Bella Osborne books are always a good read with lovely romance, although the course of true love never runs smooth. This includes the usual level of comical wit, and twists in the tale. The characters are interesting, and I love Ella's unusual career and her struggle to stand up for herself. Isaac is a typical boy, with a pet that would lead most women to throw a fit, and Ella's cat, Pirate, adds to the 'animal' touches in this romcom. A superb summer read, with a useful 'summary' at the end, tying all the loose ends, it's perfect!

Filled with romance, friendship and humor this delightful book reminds us to just be happy in life. The relationships between the characters are relatable and heartwarming. They make this book an easy read that leaves you with a smile on your face. The plot is lighthearted but full of drama that easily keep the pages turning.
I highly recommend this feel good book! The characters feel like old friends and stay with you long after the book has ended. I look forward to reading many more of Bella Osborne's books in the future! I am grateful to Avon Books and Netgalley for the opportunity to read a digital copy of this wonderful book in exchange for an honest review.

I’ve really enjoyed reading this book. It’s beautifully written with plenty of drama. The descriptions throughout really make the book come to life and makes you want to visit sandy cove. There’s lots of funny moments especially involving the bridezilla’s. I loved Ella and I loved seeing her confidence grow over the course of the book. I enjoyed the multiple storylines that were woven throughout and I thought the cast of characters was quite diverse. Overall a really enjoyable summer read that makes me want to read more by Bella.

I do love Ms Osborne's writing style, her humour is just up my street. I particularly loved the opening chapter - it sets the tone (or the rest of the book perfectly.

The three main female characters are relatable and believable, and their different voices add richness to the story, as does Ella's love interest, Kit. The way they meet was totally unexpected, and if I hadn't been invested in the story before that (I was, I really was!), I certainly would have been afterwards.

Witty, funny, and impeccably plotted, this book was a joy to read.

Listened to this book on audio. Really enjoyed the narrator which can make or break a book for me. I was expecting more wedding content but in the end I felt like the actual wedding was a minor part if the story. Loved the group of friends and of course the romantic interest. A it of drama thrown in at the end but everything turns out well.

The title is a slight red herring as the wedding is only a small part of the book however this is a great book. I absolutely loved it and couldn’t wait to find out the conclusion (even though I now miss all the characters!) It’s fun and romantic with a dollop of action and angst. Wonderful characters, great plot lines and just so easy to get lost in.

Thank you Netgalley

I liked the premise of the story but I found some parts to be a little crude. I loved the relationship the friends had and that they were there for each other no matter how busy life was at the time of crisis. It was interesting to see the different viewpoints on life, personalities, and marriage as Lucy and Ella tell the story as it happens. I found that my viewpoint of marriage was most like Brittany’s with a little mix of Ella.

Thank you to NetGalley and Avon Books UK for the ARC in exchange for my honest review!

With a gorgeous cover and contents that match, too,
This is a delightful read I highly recommend to you.
A contemporary romance that wasn't sought
By two brought together by adultery they thought!

Bella is a seamstress, talented and skilled,
But her boss doesn't appreciate her and is very strong willed.
Bella is put on and expected to do all without fail
But the pressure increases so it is beyond the pale!

A blind date where she's to meet a friend's friend
But he's running late and its Kit she meets in the end.
Bella's parents have been together for almost thirty years
When she spots her Dad dining with Kit's Mum, will this end in tears?

Get ready for collaboration as Bella and Kit seek to find
A way to force their parents apart, any romance to undermined.
There's laughter galore as the two plot and carry out their schemes
Without any idea of what's really happening or following their dreams.

With a young orphan, a rat, new business and fun
This is a fantastic read when all is said and done!
There are plenty of twists as the story carries on
Including danger and peril for almost everyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely book
And suggest you consider giving it more than a look.
For my complementary copy, I say thank you,
As I share with you this, my honest review.

A Wedding at Sandy Cove is a lot of stories and genres mashed into one compilation and some are more interesting and entertaining than others. First we have Ella, a seamstress and a people pleaser who accidentally meets Kit and find they have something in common- their parents may be dating. There is some fun rom-com moments and a very slow burn almost nothing between the two of them. Then we have Lucy, a divorce lawyer and lots of story about her relationship with her mom and client drama including some potentially triggering elements. And last the titular wedding of Brittney - their friend who doesnt get to really have her own full story but appears in theirs. I was happy with how it ended and it was enjoyable although I preferred Ella/Kit to Lucy chapters.

Ella works in a bridal shop where she makes brides' dreams come true.

However, her own life isn't going as well. She has given up on finding her own knight in shining armor, but with her best friends wedding coming up she finally accepts the offer of a blind date. But due to a mix up she meets Kit, a man who changed her life for the better.

A cute easy read.

I loved this book. I really enjoyed how all of the characters had their own story so it wasn’t just about Ella with a few background characters. This was one of those books where I wanted ‘just one more chapter’!! I also enjoyed how Ella was able to branch out and do her own thing, even though it was scary! Loved it so much,
