A useful guide for newcomers and older hands at getting started on NetGalley and figuring out how to write reviews.

This book was super helpful! I read it before I started reviewing any books and it was a really great starting point.

This is a really helpful tool to navigate NetGalley. I like having this as a reference whenever I need some extra assistance.

Very helpful and organized. An excellent toolkit for all book lovers and advocates. Very easy you use and execute.

As always, NetGalley does a great job putting together helpful tool kits. Something everyone can use.

NetGalley's Book Advocate Tooklit is a great introduction to reviewing books. It has some great tips and on using NetGalley and writing reviews.

This was a helpful resource for understanding how to best utilize NetGalley and helps teach readers to avoid the pitfalls when starting out.

This is a "book" of all things NetGalley. This is great for seasoned users and new users alike. It has a lot of the information you need, especially to get started, and the ins-and-outs of your NetGalley account.

This was very useful. I refer to it on occasion because it had great suggestions and tips on reviewing.
Thank you for putting this together!

I read this last year and found it useful when I was getting re-started with NetGalley (I really didn't know what I was doing when I first tried it about 8 yrs ago).
Finalising this feedback so I can remove it from my give feedback queue.

This book was a helpful introduction to reviewing books and had many good tips and tricks for writing a review.

This has been updated so I'm getting it out of my queue! I liked having this a lot. I'm making it longer than 100 characters.

This was a good guide. Not much new information, but I can see it being very helpful to those new with NetGalley or needing a refresher on things they've missed. Also good for those with limited technical skills! Thanks, NetGalley!

This concise, visually engaging guide is a must-read for both new and seasoned NetGalley users. It offers practical advice from optimizing your profile to crafting thoughtful reviews and encourages authentic book advocacy. The social media tips (especially platform-specific hashtags and content ideas) are particularly useful for bloggers looking to expand their reach.
While some sections feel basic for experienced reviewers, the clean design and hyperlinked resources make it easy to skim for gems.
**Perfect for:** NetGalley newcomers, reviewers in a slump, or anyone craving a refresher on ethical book promotion.
Thank you to NetGalley / We Are Bookish for a digital ARC to review in exchage for my unbiased opinions!

This is a great resource and other people should read it to make their reviews better. I really liked this resource.

This is a really useful toolkit for those starting out their journey on Netgalley - as well as those looking to take their book blogging - or book reviewing - to the next level.
There are five main parts to this toolkit - Netgalley Tips, Book Reviews, Bookish Social Media, Strategizing and What's Next. Each of the chapters are split into different headings that tell you all about Netgalley, how to properly position yourself on it, how to write reviews, social media overviews (including different sections for different platforms), content planning, hashtags and so much more.
What I particularly liked about this toolkit is that it marries a good amount of information with a really well designed layout. Basically, it gives you all the information that you need but done in a way that's really digestible. It's not overwhelmingly text based and there are lists, graphics and pictures to break up your reading.
All in all, a useful toolkit that's a quick read (32 pages) and well worth a click.

This was extremely helpful to read! Since I have not used a website like NetGalley before, it was important to me to understand how it worked and how publishers viewed consumers. With the tips learned in this book, I believe I will be able to grow as a user.

Thank you NetGalley! I've been writing reviews for years, but have learned much from this resourceful Toolkit.

This is a truly amazing and handy resource. I have been referring back to it quite often. It demystifies the book advocate world.
