This is a great place to start as a beginner and has a lot of tips if you are looking for a guide on where to start. I will definitely use this as a jumping off point to start my journey as a reviewer.

Definitely read this Book Advocate Toolkit if you are new to NetGalley or writing book reviews in general. It is informative, helpful, and a great place to start your ARC journey.

There's a lot of simple advice in here, but like all simple advice, it's only simple if you already knew it, and a lot of the things in here, are not things that new reviewers would know, certainly not even me, and I've been reviewing things for a few years now.

Whether you're a beginner or veteran reviewer, there'll be things in here that can help you improve how you do things, well recommended.

Definitely read this if you’re just starting out on NetGalley. There are a lot of helpful tips in a really easy way to read and understand. I think the social media section was especially helpful because it was broken down by platform and specific to what information publishers will be looking for. It’s a quick read too.

i am trying to better my netgalley account as i made it a few years ago and just simply forgot about it. now that i am becoming more of an avid reader (thanks to my new kindle) i am working harder at improving my feedback ratio score. this guide will not only help my on netgalley but on my social medias as well. i love reading and this has already gave me great advice.

I highly recommend this book be a part of any book reviewer’s toolkit. I am new to the Net Galley platform, and I continue to use this book to guide me when sending reviews to Net Galley, publishers, or retailers. It is a valuable resource for anyone wishing to start a small book review freelance gig, or for those of us who just simply enjoy reading new authors in genres we love. A solid four-star guidebook.
