This is primarily geared towards folks sharing their book opinions aka reviews but also good basic suggestions for creating your site for sharing your views/advice/self. A good, basic review of how NetGalley works and how to work within it. Kind of a 101 type course on reviews. Also good information on other social media platforms and how to use them to bolster your efforts. It's a good primer.

This is a great resource for new reviewers and a helpful booster for experienced ones. I liked the page about using Canva to create bookish review photos, especially if relying on visual social media like Instagram. Thanks to the We Are Bookish team for supporting quality reviews with this guide .

This was very helpful. I wish I’d have known it existed or looked for something similar before joining NetGalley. I had initially jumped right on in having no clue what I was doing.

* I requested 6 books to start and got approved for 4, therefore had a terrible Feedback Ratio.
* I like that this covers various platforms.
* It was awesome to see that we should be doing just a 1-2 sentence overview of the book at the beginning of the review and not the entire synopsis printed on the book cover.
* Any authors I @ tagged on a 4 ⭐️ review I apologize. I didn’t know that was offensive.

Glad I read this now when I saw it available. I definitely recommend

I strongly recommend this toolkit from We Are Bookish for anyone interested in Netgalley and is feeling overwhelmed.

A short read (approx. 15 minutes, 31 pages) with instructions on creating your profile, writing book reviews, social media do’s and don’ts, abiding by NetGalley / Publisher / FTC guidelines, and so much more… I feel like a pro now!

This toolkit is an easy-to-read ebook that includes advice and tips. I’m a beginner and found this extremely helpful! Available on NetGalley.

Great handbook for book reviewers! Very informative! I've been reviewing books on NetGalley for a few years and thought starting a review blog and this book has everything I need to get started. It's very nice to get tips from NetGalley.

If you are brand new to NetGalley, this is a must for you. I am new to NetGalley and I had no idea the plethora of resources and information that is on this site. I also highly recommend downloading the app as that is very helpful.

Good information. Really like the way it was presented - short, sweet and colorful! There were a lot of helpful tidbits that I will definitely be implementing into my Netgalley profile. Appreciate this toolkit.

This is a fantastic introduction to NetGalley. The tips and tricks give anyone new to reviewing a starting point for success on the platform and across social media. Perhaps in the future, a sample timeline could be included as well from book request to review to further aid those new to reviewing ARCs.

This is a great introduction to the bookish world! It provides a lot of great tips and I’ll definitely be referencing this quite often.
