There are so many cookery books on the market that they need something to make them stand out from the crowded shelves .
Kate Humble comes across from her TV work as a very likeable and knowledgeable person.. These characteristics shine through every page of this book..
Recipes set out seasonally , accompanied by entertaining text , they are as the title suggests home cooked meals , with a fresh appeal .
Beautifully produced , with attractive photos, this is a book that would be a perfect addition to any kitchen shelf.

WoW........Home Cooked by Kate Humble was a breath of fresh air. A wonderful and well presented with great illustrations throughout, This book was written from the heart - I loved it and have to go and purchase it. I don't usually do this but I loved it so much!

This will have a place in my farmhouse kitchen.
