Brian J. Cano's autobiographical book is absolutely fascinating.

If you are a believer in the paranormal, your beliefs will be strengthened and if you are a skeptic, you might just find yourself becoming a true believer. Either way, "GRAINS OF SAND: Tales of a Paranormal Life" is an interesting read.

I am rating this book as 4 out of 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Thank you to #NetGalley for providing me with a free copy of this book.

Subtitle: Tales of a Paranormal Life

I received an advance reader copy of this book from the publisher through Net Galley in exchange for an honest review.

Brian Cano is a veteran on-screen personality featured on several television shows aired on networks such as SyFy, History Channel and TRVL Channel. Grains of Sand is a memoir relating lessons learned during his continuing investigative career while sharing specific experiences from past investigations.

The story that resonated the strongest with me involved Cano’s relationship with his black cat, named Beadie. Part of what made it so personal to me was that I also own a black cat (if you’re reading this on my blog, Trixie is the cat ‘helping’ me read in the picture at the top of most of my #amreading posts). When I finished reading this particular chapter, I had to track down Trixie for a cuddle. Another chapter that I found very interesting concerned Cano’s guest appearance on Curse of Oak Island, where he was brought in to search for paranormal aspects on the island

I gave Grains of Sand four stars on Goodreads. You’ll be disappointed if you were expecting 100% proof of ghosts or demons, but readers will come away with a much more complete idea of what happens on ‘ghost hunter’ type of shows – both on camera and off.

My thanks to NetGalley Sunbury Press Inc.. for a copy of “ Grains Of Sand “ for an honest review.

As a fan of Most Haunted , and recently enjoying a book by Medium Sally Morgan, I was intrigued by the right up for this publication
I wasn’t aware of who Brian J Canó was ,so I couldn’t really get very involved in the book
I think this title will appeal more to an American audience. I did find parts of it interesting , but I must admit I skimmed through a lot.
I’m sure “ Grains Of Sand “ will be very popular among fans of his TV shows , just not for me .
