I absolutely loved Firekeeper's Daughter and I think this kit is a great resource to analyse this novel on a deeply level. I particularly enjoy the interview and it's how interesting is it to know how bits of Angeline life came through in the book?! Thank you Netgalley for this kit

Book club kits really add something special to a book club, allowing fellow bookworms to take home a part of the book with a bookmark. This kit has been especially useful in promoting the book in our collection. I think this kit was wonderful, and printable activities and bookmarks are always a hit, would love to see more kits with take away items. I found this perfect to have along side the book. I love the content warning at the beginning as I feel this is something that should be included in all books.
The book marks are beautiful and I really enjoyed the interview with the author, it made me feel more connected with the book.
This is something that can not only be used in a book club but by individuals as well.

i loved the rep in this book! really enjoyed reading about the cultures, traditions and languages. the romance was also written really well considering this is a YA mystery. the cover is very pretty too!

This is such a useful guide while reading Fire keeper's Daughter.

The book club discussion guide is perfect to understand the book better and helps the reader to discover the full potential of the book.

Amazing book! Very easy to connect with the story and also very thrilling from start to finish. The plot twists were also very fun, and there was a lot of representation.

My Book Club read "Firekeeper's Daughter" last month and I had pre-downloaded this Book Club Kit - I sent it to everyone in advance so they could read the author interview and other resources, and we went through the list of discussion questions as a group. Everyone agreed that the questions really enhanced our discussion.

I recently started a bookclub so i was delighted to see a kit for the Firekeeper's Daughter. It contains some great discussion questions and the indigenous reading suggestions were a great addition. My favorite part was the author interview. The questions asked were so on point and relevant. Really enjoyed this kit.

This is a great resource,with insightful questions for discussion,or even for you to think about and engage with a book more deeply. Interesting information as well.

Great Book Club Kit! I recommend getting it if you are doing a book club. I used some of the resources for Battle of the Books as this title was among those this year.

This is a good resource for educators. As someone who runs book clubs for kids, including a teen group which reads YA novels, the information in this book club kit offered more than many offer: Many "book club kits" simply provide 1o-12 questions that could have been added as possible discussion starters at the end of the book. This goes beyond that to include additional facts about the author, information about the book, suggested reads, organizations, and resources.

I cannot wait to use this with my book club! We just finished reading Firekeeper's Daughter for our book of the month, and on a whim I decided to check and see if there was a book club kit for it. BINGO! I'm so excited to talk through all of these discussion questions with my club, and I loved all of the recommendations and resources included in the kit as well. The pretty printable bookmark is an added bonus.
