I enjoyed the storytelling in this book- I could connect with each distinct storyline and it was heartwrenching for me at moments.
However, it did drag a little and at moments was too slow for me to enjoy.
The pacing could have been better but overall was quite a lovely read.
I love this author's writing and will be purchasing this when it is out and will be looking for further books by them!

At times incredibly claustrophobic, all those people in the building seeing and hearing each other.
Situations full of tension, that it was quite a relief when the story took a slower pace.
Full of interesting characters, with complicated lives.
Very enjoyable.
