Wow, this is one of the most amazing children's books that I have ever read. It has such a beautiful, inspirational and heartwarming story, and the illustrations are just amazing and superb. My daughter and I both really loved the book, and we were amazed by its beauty.

The story starts with a girl called Spring, who wakes up from her hibernation in the snow. As she goes through the forest, spreading her light, she finds a little bird, who is weak and cold. She turns it into a rabbit to heat it up and help it, and the rabbit responds to this by bounding around happily. Little birds give their eggs to the rabbit, who puts them in a basket to give to Spring. She loves them, but she is so busy bringing spring to all of the land, the grass and the flowers, that she cannot keep them. So she tells rabbit to hide them with the children of the land. The children awake to find the beautiful eggs, and this delights them, as they know now that it is springtime. They look outside to marvel in the beauty which surrounds them, and they celebrate in the best way possible.

I highly recommend this wonderful, magical book. It would make the perfect gift for any child at this time of the year.

Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Beautifully illustrated story about a spring rabbit, but this isnt just any old Easter Bunny, spring awakens and on her journey bringing life to nature after winter finds a little bird thawing, but weak and cold, so she turns him into a rabbit so he will be warm , the rabbit then goes on his own journey to find a way to thank spring. This is a wonderful story and so lovely to see nature being covered and an alternative Easter story being shared with children, the original circle of life. Caught the attention of the children in my life and was lovely to watch them learn something new

Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for a free copy for an honest opinion

Thank you so much to Quarto/Frances Lincoln children’s and Netgalley for the ebook to read and review.

Aww this was so sweet, as spring awakens getting ready to thaw the winter she heals a bird turning it to a bunny to be warm and safe. The bunny then wants to thank her for her help and with his bird friends finds a way.

This really was such a cute picture book, it’s a great way to teach a child about the spring weather and shares a different story of Easter which I think young kids would really enjoy. The illustrations were very bright and colourful.

It was a really sweet read and it was filled with joy, happiness and brightness which is always such a great thing to find in a children’s picture book.
