Well drawn and a fun story to read.

Interesting premise with the malicious king and the way that Ellie had to be specific in what she wished for.

An interesting twist to the well known genie in a bottle trope.

Kelly decides to purchase a storage unit in an auction, inside this storage unit she finds a magical bottle. The fairy inside is untraditional.

This is a funny and original story that is genuinely interesting and fun to read.

This graphic novel was hilarious and well-drawn, definitely worth the money and the hype, and I hope will be successful!

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the fairy wish granter guy and our loving straight laced attorney. I would love to read more by this author if he publishes more!

A witty, smart, feminist story of magic and chaos and order. This book was very fun and, for lack of a better word, wacky. Overall I think the plot wasn't overly compelling, but the point of view is refreshing.

A workaholic successful woman who makes calculated choices. Now with the pushes of her friend, she decided to do one thing out of the ordinary. This lands in buying a random storage where she unleashes the fairy king who grants her 3 wishes.

Now, she has to be very specific about what she wants because the fairy king is also a trickster when it comes to granting his wishes. Through quite a few twists and turns, she makes all three. But are they the ones to give her a happily ever after or did it just make her miserable?

You just have to pick up the book and find out!

Thank you #NetGalley and Legendary Comics for giving me the opportunity to read this!

I did not know what to expect from this graphic novel but I can now say it was a pleasant read.
Kelly is a very organized person and one day, she stumbles upon a fairy king who grants her three wishes. This seems like a very classic base for the story but I really enjoyed the way wishes were handled. Of course, our fairy king is malicious and wants to trick people depending on the phrasing of their wishes but thankfully, Kelly is very clever when it comes to that. I mean, she isn’t a lawyer for nothing. Overall, it was a fun and entertaining read while also talking about a deeper subject. The artwork was quite nice, colorful.
I recommend if you enjoy graphic novels with a fantasy twist.
3.5/5

So it's kinda funny and I did really like the premise and some moments but overall I don't think this is for me.

3.5 stars!

This was a fun grachic novel that puts a spin on the traditional genie in a bottle/trickster fairy. I enjoyed it. I definitely wished it was a bit long though to get more of the plot fleshed out.

This graphic novel follows Kelly, a high powered lawyer who discovers an immortal fairy who offers to fulfil three wishes for her. Her by the books nature means she is careful to make wishes with no loopholes - but will she be able to make the world a better place?

This was a fun graphic novel - I loved the art-style and the colouring on each page, as well as the story and characters. I really liked Kelly and found her character very believable (and as someone on the autism spectrum myself, finding a character like hers is unusual in the best way!). Very interesting to see a character try very hard to make the world a better place with some ... unintended consequences.

Note: It seems to be a completed story so I don't expect any follow-on volumes or anything, so a nice read if you want a full completed story!

I was provided with a complimentary copy of this graphic novel by Legendary Comics through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review, which I leave voluntarily.

This was a fun concept woven into a more serious and technical story. I enjoyed the characters, the pace of the story and the overall message.
Each character had a distinct personality and style which helped the story flow. I also liked the history behind the “wishes” which gave more depth to the story. Not something I would pick up a second time but I enjoyed the time I had with it.

A charming little story that I enjoyed reading. This follows the traditional role of a genie, where the whole time they are trying to make you waste your wishes. Or at the very least make you wish you'd never asked for them.

This was a quick and fun new take on the genie in the lamp. There was a lot in this short graphic novel, and some great messages around being careful what you wish for.

I liked that this story didn't go the way I thought it would and the artwork was brilliant. Would recommend and read more from this team.

This Comic really surpised me. I don´t know what I expected but this wasn´t it, but really in a good way. Our main Character is smart, maybe a bit too smart somtimes and is a perfectionist through and through. When she get´s three whishes granted from a fairy who was trapped in a bottle she thinks about them very carefully and makes many, many paragraphs about what this wish contains and how it´s gonna work, so there will be no factors that could go wrong. This leads to the world being totally changed after her first wish is that nobody can forcefully hurt other people.
even though the topic is more on the serious side, it still is really funny and makes you laugh.
Really good 4 stars from me.

This was an okay story, but not one that really spoke to me. The story was funny at times, and preachy at others, which was jarring.

Kelly is cleaning out a storage unit she won at auction and she finds a strange bottle, which, guess what, houses Oberon King of the Fairies. Oberon comes out nude, which the illustrator did a great job of portraying. He grants Kelly three wishes. Being a meticulous lawyer who is genuinely interested in helping the world, and not being a fool who doesn't close every loophole when making a wish, Kelly spends days crafting a wish that causes world peace.

We find out that Oberon is tired of silly humans and really wants to make Kelly mess up and waste her wishes. Will he succeed, or will Kelly manage to make her wishes count?

This wasn't my favorite story, but it was good enough for me to finish. The art is interesting, and the ending was satisfying.

Thanks to Netgalley for the advance copy.

What happens when you get the power of three wishes from an old fairy king that is definitely bitter and a trickster? You could be selfish, or wish for something akin to world peace. That's what this lawyer does, in an attempt to not waste her wishes. It backfires when there are consequences to her first wish, especially when the US government gets wind of this power.

Not what I expected. An interesting twist to a genie in the bottle.

Kelly decides to purchase a storage unit in an auction. Inside the storage unit, she finds a magical bottle. The fairy inside is untraditional. Funny story

Amusing, and for the large part mostly successful, look at a stuck-up lawyer who does the first random thing in her life and finds she possesses a fairy in a bottle, and the requisite three wishes. She knows, he knows, we all know, that just randomly blurting out three wishes that sound full of good intentions is not good enough – but what is the right way about things? A snappy telling, a clearly fantastical look at life and yet a story not overburdened with messages, morals and meanings, this is quite a breezy little pleasure, and most unusual given the current graphic novel market.

Oh but for the love of all that can give wishes, don't present graphic novels like this in future – they need to be PDFs that we can zoom in on. Squinting at a laptop with one eye through a powerful magnifying glass because you can't choose the right format for digital review files is not my idea of fun!

The synopsis definitely caught my attention and although I didn't really like the outcome, I still found it entertaining. What I have to rescue is the main character, as she was the one who gave a different touch to the whole wishful thing, so that was good.
