It's especially for beginners but even if you are advanced it's good to remember the basics things to have a happy, healthy and strong mind and body.

This book was good, there were areas of it felt could be a little better. It was nice to see some plant-based options for protein in the recipes though. I liked the visuals that showed how much protein, carbs and fat to be eating and why. I am a fan of Krissy though.

I love everything Krissy Cela and this book doesn’t disappoint!!! I’ve already implemented a lot of her advice and hope to incorporate more for the whole family.

This is the second Krissy Cela book I’ve read and I like it as much as the first. There’s enough information, without being overwhelming, to help you on your health journey… ideas on how to prioritise that time, plenty of recipes and guidance on getting fitter and stronger with illustrated exercises. The recipes look delicious and include macro content.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the book.

Fantastic book, great recipes which I can’t wait to try out. And I love the exercises which are illustrated really well. I have never heard of this author before but would certainly recommend.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

I was really excited to get this book because I loved her first book! And this one promised to be just as good. The first part does go over some of what's mentioned in that first book but now it goes into more detail and then it goes onto the recipes, which I loved the sound of and I've earmarked some to give a try! The only thing I felt was missing in the recipes was a few extra images.
I love the move section, the images to show the exercises are so clear and helpful and the way it's laid out is really easy to follow.
All in all this book is definitely going to end up on my shelf!

This is a lovely book in which Krissy's passion for health and fitness clearly shine through!

Some lovely recipes feature (as a lover of llow calorie I am looking forward to trying the miso snack suggestion), but what sets this apart from other healthy recipe books is the section 'Move'! (HIIT and AMRAP consider yourselves demystified! ) Seriously though the detailed plans and photos are super helpful.

Recipes all helpfully have a calorie count so by following the 'move' suggestions and planning a day/weeks eating around the calories (just combine with a calorie calculator and BOOM! consider those goals met!

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher fort he opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.
