In “Employee Relations”, Elizabeth Aylott provides a great introduction to how employment relationships apply to professionals in the UK. It covers a lot of ground, including Conflict, Redundancy, and Industrial Action, all in a clear, accessible way. The Case Studies are relevant and beneficial, and the subject matter gives practical advice on dispute resolution.

I would recommend this to anyone either studying employment law or working in HR.

My thanks to the author, NetGalley, and the publisher for the arc to review.
