It's great the guide for the bookclub sessions, I really enjoyed the questions and details about the book. It makes more manageable the advance and to read specially when you are moderator and need a follow up line.

The discussion questions were relevant to the book, easy to understand and they offer an opportunity for a deep discussion of the novel. The activities are relevant and useful for the reader. The writing tips offered are actually helpful.

I thought this was the full book at first, which was totally my mistake. I apologize for that! This book club kit is actually quite nice and useful. The bookmarks are super cute, and I loved the little pen name generator (mine came out as Michaela Benson it was so fun!). The writing advice included was very helpful, and the book itself sounds so interesting. I’d definitely love to read it once it’s released. Also The sparkling rose margarita sounds so lovely would definitely give it a try aswell. Board ideas were nice aswell.

I host a virtual book club and using this was fantastic for our meeting to make sure conversation flows well and encourage conversation. the discussion questions are super helpful for keeping the conversation going, It is so amazing that there is an interview with the author to help us understand all the authors ideas and reason behind the story.

the charcuterie board pages plus the drink recipe were such a cute touch and would be so great for an in person book club. this book club kit is seriously stunning. it’s laid out in such a clean, easy-to-use way and feels really thoughtfully put together. i feel like even if you were reading this book by yourself this would be a great tool to get you to dig deeper in your reviews and thoughts.

Our book club is so excited to eat through the Meant to Be series together over the summer! We are starting off strong with If the Shoe Fits by Julie Murphy and then will continue onto this second book in the series, By the Book. I was so excited to find this kit available on NetGalley! This guide has it all and is similarly structured to the guides for the other books but with new activities to keep it fun if you are reading the whole series like we are: author and cover designer interview, 10 different discussion questions, cute crafts like making bookmarks, a cute way to find your pen name that is reminiscent of Seventeen magazine quizzes from my childhood, writing prompts, food and drink recipes, and suggestions for future books to read.

After reviewing the book club suggested packet, I do believe this will make a wonderful discussion for our group.

We Are Bookish killed it again! I snagged this kit after using the one for If The Show Fits since I loved it so much. This kit is similarly set up and just as helpful. This is perfect for a book club or even a book party because the resources are a lot more fun than what you’d consider for your typical book club. I am so happy to have these kits.

Requested this book, didn’t realise at first but read this book back in November. It was a good read overall, but it did take me a good while of the read to get into this book. Thinking definitely a good 3.8 -4.2 star read
