Another great book. Practical advice and easy to understand explanations without going into too much and not needing another book to reference what I was reading.

This was an excellent and helpful book, striking a nice balance of being basic enough to serve as an introduction while still being robust and thorough enough to be useful for more experienced leaders. It was informative, insightful, encouraging, and empowering. I'm very glad to have read it and will no doubt track down a copy for my shelves to serve as a needed reference.

A positive review will be shared on my blog on Saturday, August 20 and again on August 31.

I found this to be an interesting read in relation to making schools more inclusive. Some good ideas, broken down into different sections.

A must-read for all with the desire to walk the talk of diversity and inclusion. Engaging, comprehensive and thought-provoking read with practical advice.
Cognitive load explanations that I understood without needing to read over or research further.
Broken into three parts Unlocking You, Unlocking your team and Unlocking your organisation. The book covers inclusion that leads to belonging and equity.

I thought this book was a great read as a business professional. It talks about the problems and solutions in addressing DEI across various different sectors. It does a good job of including race, gender, age, and disability, and neurodiversity in the DEI conversation. I thoroughly enjoyed this book think it is a good read to keep on the shelf and implement in business or in your life.
Highly recommend.
