Xenon does a masterful job of depicting an ancient world with an engaging and detailed cast of characters. It's too action-packed for my liking, but for those who are fans of ancient military and battles, this is perfect!

I really enjoyed reading. It was a bit daunting seeing the word count and worrying it would drag on but the story flowed beautifully and I enjoyed the descriptions. They really helped to immerse me in the story and characters.

An enjoyable read eith a compelling story and well developed characters. I found myself thinking about it when not reading it.
