I'm not normally big fan of life stories., but Eddie audio book has blown me out the water . He tells you of the the struggles of becoming the world's strongest man and The Obsession at that you have to live in to actually become that person. But he's also saying that if you really want something that you you desire you have to work really hard for it. I also can mend his wife massively because she is his backbone without realising it she is the person who who even though she wasn't prepared for all that was to come she stood by him and did everything that she could to make sure he did succeed . I love all interviews that he had with some of the celebrities in his autobiography especially Paddy McGuinness I Love How honest and raw they are.
He talks very candidly on mental health as well which I think is a huge thing for everybody these days and when you think about being in that dark place he's come along way to actually really build his self up but he knows that he could go back to that dark place at any time so he learn really quickly how to actually help himself when that's going to happen.
This audiobook is absolutely fantastic because you can actually hear it from him and not just read it I think it gives you more of what he was really feeling because you can hear it in his voice.
I get this book 5 Stars what an incredible guy and what an inspiration he is

🦏 The focus of the audiobook is Eddie’s boxing match with Thor. It covers the events that lead to the fight as well as Eddie’s preparation

🦏 He covers how he became the Worlds Strongest Man and the mindset required. No excuses, No bull. Which he then applies to his next venture, the fight with Thor

🦏 From listening to this, no matter what you may think about Eddie, you can never question his heart, determination, work-rate and honesty. This man deserves and commands so much respect.

🦏 Overall I enjoyed the listen. It’s nicely constructed, including some guest speakers and occasional commentary clip which just adds to the experience.
