This book has plentiful stories to provide any child (not just rebel girls, but all kids) with a wonderful set of dreams and joy, for change makers The rebels come from all over the world and do a wide variety of jobs and hobbies, which use so many useful skills. It is a great base for girls and anyone who wants to believe that anything is possible, in life.

The illustrations are gorgeous, colourful and share a glimpse into the story of their lives.

We loved sharing these stories and really having a chance to share what these wonderful women are inspired by.

We highly recommend this book, and all the brilliant inspirational stories it contains!

This is a great book of girls who have accomplished a lot and is inspiring to read. It sends the message that no matter where you come from that you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it.

Fun high jinks and murder occur in the book, Murder on A Class Trip by Lee Hollis. Maya and Sandra are private investigators, who happen to get stuck being chaperones on a school trip to Washington D.C. The other two chaperones are teachers and a couple of the high schoolers are their own kids. While touring D.C, Sandra's soon to be ex-husband, Senator Stephen Wallace’s female intern, is found dead in his bedroom. Her death appears to be suicidal at first but upon further investigation, it turns out that she was murdered. Stephen then asks Maya and Sandra to investigate so that he can be cleared.

This story is loaded with plot twists, political drama (fictional of course) and interesting characters. An entertaining read!

Same beloved format as all the other books in the series but these stories are about contemporary world changers and because of that EVERYONE can connect to these rebel girls. Stories from around the globe packed beautifully into the pages of this book with STUNNING illustrations to echo the beauty of these change makers.

Everyone needs to read this. Girls, boys, young, old. These are quite literally the role models of the future. They will change our world; hopefully they already have.

You will not regret.

This was my favorite Rebel Girls book yet! I loved the diverse experiences of the girls and women featured here - scientists, activists, athletes, and musicians. I was inspired by this book and can't imagine how much it would have meant to me as a young girl. Highly recommended, especially for those with young girls!

A very inspiring read full of great illustrations. Great to learn about some of these young changemakers and it gives you hope for the future.

This new collection by Rebel Girls was an excellent read! Throughout the book, I was introduced to many Changemakers that were new to me and I was amazed by their accomplishments. The format of the story is easy to read as it focuses on one girl on each page with a description and then an illustration of the featured girl. Ah! Do I see LGBTQ activists in here? I love that it's recently updated to those of adoration, along with Gen Z overall. I got so excited when I saw people I recginize like Billie Eilish, Dasia Taylor, Jojo Siwa! Like OMG, I loved this. Rebel Girls is an amazing brand to buy from, they give awesome inspiration, and know exactly how to put one into perspective.

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for letting me review this book. This was a quick and fun read. The pictures were great as well. I also liked that on some profiles you could scan a QR code to get more info. I think this’ll definitely make girls realize that no matter what their background or where they can from; as long as they put their mind to it; they can achieve anything.

My rebel girl and I have enjoyed reading this series together and this one was a bit more fun because the rebel girls depicted are closer to her age and things she remembers. It helps underscore the idea anyone can do great things at and age.

What a fabulous selection of inspiring female role models in this anthology. I love how quick these are to read and how informative they are. I also love the representation. I hadn't heard of many of these ladies but by the end I was so motivated. I would love this in my classroom library.

I love this iteration of the Rebel Girls books. It's full of such a variety of careers, that almost any job you want to be inspired that you could do is in here!

'Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls: 100 Inspiring Young Changemakers' is the 5th volume in the Goodnight Rebel Girls series and is an excellent addition.

My nine-year-old and I enjoyed many entries of people we had not heard of before; they truly inspired us, especially considering their youth. A sign, you are never too young to be a change-maker! The entries showed real diversity, coming from a range of backgrounds, identities, ethnicities, abilities and fields of interest. And the overall underlying message that you can be who you are, express yourself the way you wish and make a difference was a real encouragement and inspiration to my daughter.

The illustrations, as always, are beautiful and add to the engagement of this brilliant book. We have hard copies of the other volumes and look forward to adding this to our collection.

First of all I want to thank netgalley for providing me with this manga.

The book contains 100 short stories of women who have carried out actions in different fields, from historians, scientists, athletes and even artists.
I would not know how to review each one so I will only say that it has women of all ages, who make you believe that you can achieve everything you set out to do regardless of your age. It is a good book to read with the smallest of the home. and to read one that is greater in age.

I strongly believe this should be read to all children. You learn about so many amazing young women! From Greta Thunberg to Mari Copeny & beyond! Each mini story is told with heart, in a beautifully whimsical fairytale narrative & is accompanied by a gorgeous portrait of the individual created by a woman or non-binary artist 🎨

I already knew some of these amazing young people, but I didn't know around 70% so it was so fun and interesting to read about them! I look forward to discussing some of these fabulous young women in my English classes with students & reading it to young relatives 😀

If you have young children in your family I'd definitely recommend giving this a go as a bed time read or indeed a read for any time! 🧡

Something I love most about the Rebel Girls book series overall (and the Good Night editions specifically too) is in the variety of representations: the anthologies include historical figures, current changemakers, and those rebellious leaders who are absolutely going to go on doing big things in the future too. This particular book focuses on the latter, highlighting young changemakers who have already made a splash - and are certainly destined for further greatness. (I'm not sure if there's a definitive age cutoff, but to my note, most featured figures are currently under 30 - with most being in their teens and early 20s.) This is also a book of many introductions - I imagine that most readers would be introduced to more young entrepreneurs, activists, athletes, artists, etc. than read about figures they're already familiar with. I think this is really cool, because there are some major celebrities and prominent figures included (like Billie Eillish, Jojo Siwa, Bindi Irwin, and Greta Thunberg) alongside more everyday girls who are making incredible change. I also loved seeing how many of these stories feature girls who've used social media and technology to make their voices heard and find larger communities - I think we sometimes see online spaces presented as frivolous when young people know so well how impactful digital connections can be. Absolutely pick up this book for the curious kid, teen, 20-something and up in your life!
