Exciting premise and characters that were played well. Great and fun read with all the drama and angst. Ms North always brings the story home.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for the eARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is the 3rd and final in a series, but it does read better if read in order, but I think it can be read as a stand alone. This was my favorite in the series. Erin gets kidnapped and is pregnant and nauseous. Gotta feel for her. Chemistry is great, fun plot. 4 stars

This is a good book. The two main characters are PJ and Talib. PJ is with an American security company and Talib is the security commander for the sheikh. There is an instant attraction when they meet. The shiekh’s fiancé has been kidnapped. PJ and Talib are on a mission to find her and they do rescue her. They declare their love.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to Netgalley for allowing me to have access to these books and to Leslie North and the publisher for allowing me to read this book.

This was a good book but I just don't think this series is it for me I love Leslie North's writing but I feel like this is a really old-fashioned book and it just doesn't sit right with me. I have liked a lot of her other books so I don't hold this against her as an author as everyone has their own tastes. this I believe is the wrap-up of the sheikhs series which I have read. This shows a more loving side of the sheikh so I did enjoy this although some parts of this seemed to really annoy me. But this is a fun and loving ending to the two friends/cousins' love life in this series as well as two brothers. not really much to say it was short and I read it really quickly so it was easy to get through but, I don't think this is what I like in my novellas but I love her other series.

When enemies kidnap Erin, Sheikh Kamal’s new bride, the powerful prince entrusts the Head of Palace Security, Talib, to get her back. And to ensure his wife’s safety, he orders Talib to work hand in hand with Erin’s personal bodyguard, the beautiful and capable PJ.. Great plot, great pacing, and a voice that jumps off the page.

While I liked this book, part of me thinks that Erin and Kamal already got their story in book one. PJ and Talib were background characters for a lot of this book. I should have known by the title I guess. So if you haven't read book one yet you will want to in order to get the most out of, The Sheikh's Captive Bride.

PJ is assigned as Erin the future sheikha’s bodyguard. Talib is the head of security for the Palace. Erin is kidnapped. They must work together to rescue her. They pretend to be a married couple intent on making camp in the desert by the mountains to capture the kidnapper. They have an insane attraction to each other that they explore. Their mission is successfully. This is the 3rd book in the series. It was a continuation of the previous books that centered on Erin and Kamal’s story with Shira and Kale, PJ and Talib’s romances intertwining. The complete series was wonderful. I can’t wait for her next book.

The Sheikh's Captive Bride (The Jawhara Sheikhs Series Book 3) by Leslie North
Publisher: Relay Publishing
Genre: General Fiction (Adult) | Romance
Published: May 5, 2022

The Sheikh's Captive Bride is the third book in The Jawhara Sheikhs trilogy by Leslie North. This was definitely my favorite book in the trilogy, as it showed some of the characters in a different light and from a different perspective. I would definitely recommend reading this trilogy in order since they do build on each other.

I really enjoyed getting to know Talib better. I enjoyed the story in this one, as it contained a rescue mission! I loved that this was fast paced and I could not put it down!

I loved that it also included a teaser from a new series that seems like it will be connected to this one! I'm looking forward to reading "His Stubborn Lover" from the new Slade Security Team series!

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
