Sadly I cannot review this as the book structure is all messed up on the download and has tons of missed lines and repetition and was incredibly hard to read so I had to give up. Will be getting the book when it is released!

Up tight, ultra organised and career focused Devon gets help from messy, disorganised, chaotic Reba for a work baking competition. The book follows the hiccups and ups and downs of Devon and Reba as they fight and argue their way to caring for each other. There are some funny moments, some great honest and raw conversations that are reported which make both Reba and Devon endearing although there is something a little irritating about the pure loudness and no off button of Reba!

I really loved the basis for the story and was really in to the idea of a work based Great British Bake Off style competition.

I enjoyed the characters and their banter. However I struggled a little bit with Reba's repetitive inner dialogue about how she was going to get Devon to loosen up and how hot he was. It felt like that was all that happened for her in the first third of the book and I did start to only skim read what she was thinking.

Pretty good pretty good. I actually really enjoyed this and I think the way there was this enemies(ish) to lovers mixed with offices and BAKING made me super happy because I LOVE BAKING. I love making cakes, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, brownies, anything you'll give me, I'll make it. I LOVE IT. It makes me so happy. So having a book that combined both of my big loves(reading and baking) made me so so happy. GO CHECK IT OUT ASAP!!!!
4.5 stars overall . I was invited to read a free e-ARC of Dont Go Baking My Heart by N. G. Pelter through NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are mine.
