Ok so let me start off by saying this is a gorgeous cover loved it!!
Second, every up and coming girl to womanhood should read this!!! It had some good info even for mommies!!

Last, I wish I had had something like this to read. It has tidbits from being classy, to entering womanhood, and how to survive a broken heart.

I’m going to hand this off to my daughter!!

Mommy Isn't Perfect by Samantha Powell: When I started this ARC from Netgalley I had not so much as read the blurb. I came into this book blindly, and let me say that I am SO GLAD I DID!!
Samantha Powell wrote this book it seems with one goal; To provide motherly guidance to young girls. And wow, did she knock it out of the ballpark!!
They say you must learn from your own mistakes. I say if you can learn from others' mistakes. Powell says here's a book; learn from mine.
This book is the perfect gift to single fathers of young girls, and honestly mothers and girls in general!
At 30, I learned a thing or two and came away with some wonderful sediments.
Read this book!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day!!!

If I had this book when I was growing up, my life would have been so much easier to navigate. Full of helpful tips and hacks, I feel that every girl needs a book like this to help them through those times when they need help, but may not necessarily have access to it. Not everyone has a mother to help them through life’s challenges, and some girls may not have a great relationship with their mother, so being able to have a guide can be so helpful. I will definitely be buying this book for my nieces, and possibly future daughters.

I absolutely loved this book! It's a fantastic book for women of all ages; or dad's raising daughters that may need a little help to broach difficult topics: hygiene, aunt flow, middle/high school, dating, prom, college in the most gentle way. It's a fun, fast read, written in a refreshing way. I remember bookmarking many pages with quotes or great advice. I ordered one for my shy, 14-year-old daughter and am looking forward to sharing & comparing notes with her. This book gives good, practical advice and can act as a guide for any young lady that may need guidance. A great book for school libraries!

Thank you, Samantha Powell, for writing this book. I enjoyed her passion. You could tell she put her heart into this and it shows.

Thank you, NetGalley and BookBuzz, for a digital ARC, for an honest review.

This is a fantastic book for our daughters, sisters, nieces—basically any young lady in our lives. Hitting on important topics for littlest girls all the way to womanhood. The words and advice in this book are what I share with my own daughter. Any young lady who is missing the guidance and wisdom of a mother or mother figure, or one who just needs to hear them from someone else would benefit from this book.

Wow! This is a really short book which serves both as a guidebook and a journal for the growing up girls. And definitely each girl, each mother, each sister and each guardian needs a proper guide like this to give good, practical advice on some of the most basic things about growing up.

The book is written in such a simple way that even the young readers will definitely love reading it without feeling embarrassed. The language used, the manner in which the issues are addressed and handled are so well done.

A must keep for each home and educational institution.

You can gift this book to anyone younger you know. Such a precious book.

Thank you, author, for the advance review copy.
