This is a book about the impact of social media. The characters are well developed. The book tackles mental health issues very sensitively. It is a compelling read with a great ending

This was a really fun read, but it could have been at least 100 pages shorter. I felt like it just started to drag around the 60% mark. The Internet posts really helped with the flow, though! I loved how easy it was to read.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for my honest review!

Engaging read from the beginning of the book.
People should be able to relate to this as many of us communicate with others online that maybe we don't know that well!
Twists and turns in the book - and I worked out who it was but the why - had me baffled.

Many thanks to Hera and to NetGalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.

I was hooked from the very first page. Told by 1 POV . The writing was so descriptive . It was full of suspense and I loved it.

As a twin mom this was hard to read. Excellent portrayal of maternal mental health. Very engrossing and kept me entertained. Super realistic which made it all the more scarier!

I read this book ages ago (so bad at remembering to review on here!!)

Emily is a tired mum of twin girls and joins an online mum group where she can vent and know she isn't alone. She gets close to another mum who is also a twin mum and Emily shares her deepest, darkest secrets with this 'friend' but when Emily goes back to work she decides to leave the online group as she is obsessed with it but then the mum threatens to leak Emily's secrets and destroy her life.

The story is broken up with internet posts and it makes the book flow and an enjoyably easy read. I did guess the main part of the ending but this didn't make it any less enjoyable. I would definitely read more by Sophie.

Emily is a mom of twin girls who is suffering from post-natal depression. She finds and joins an online forum for moms where she starts chatting with another member. She shares her most private secrets with the user, not knowing that this will come back to haunt her later. Overall, this was a great read and I enjoyed it. I became a mom myself last year and I can understand the depression aspect of the story. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced reader copy.

A fantastically written winding road of wondering! Sophie Flynn does not disappoint with this book. It is so cleverly written that I spent the entire story thinking I knew what was happening, only to find out how wrong I was! Surprise ending which I didn't see coming. Thoroughly enjoyed!

While this was a very good book, I am a little confused about some of the beginning chapters. I will have to go back and re'- read. All in all, I enjoyed it....it definitely kept me guessing through a lot of it. I look forward to more from this author.
Thank you to, netgalley, the publisher and author for the advanced copy, for an honest review.

I found this book an enjoyable and interesting read, I enjoyed the writing style and found my attention gripped from the start.
I found the concept of confiding so much in anonymous people on forums very believable, you can get very drawn in with forums especially with those who appear to be going through similar difficulties to you and who appear to understand so it is a relatable issue and I liked how this was portrayed.
I did realise what was actually going on about half way through after one telling line, but I wont spoil the read by mentioning it! the different perceptions at the end worked well too!
a well written and well thought out storyline which I enjoyed reading.

A cleverly written and gripping psychological thriller. I thought I would enjoy this book from the blurb but I honestly didn't want to put it down, if I'd had time I would have read it in one sitting!
I liked Emily as a character, though early on I wasn't sure. Her battle with post natal depression and her obviously confused thoughts made me really start to feel for her, I didn't know who she should trust. She felt so alone she turned to online 'friends' as a way of venting and someone was able to take advantage of her vulnerability. It was a stark reminder that we don't always know who we are talking to online and how much of yourself you should give away.
There was some very clever then-and-now story telling that added a bit of confusion and intrigue for me (hard to explain without giving spoilers). I loved the way it all started to piece together towards the end. I had a theory that TwoIsTrouble was one of two people and towards the end realised I was on the right track with one of them. It still felt quite shocking though and a really brilliant twist.

I was lucky to receive an advance copy of Keep Them Close by Sophie Flynn from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review and opinion. WOW! This book is one exciting ride that grips you from the start and keeps you guessing until you finish the last page. Absolutely loved this heart pounding book. Do yourself a big favor and read this the first chance you get.

This is a very clever psychological thriller which had me promising myself I would just read one more chapter then realising there was only one chapter left.. The tension that the author manages convey had me almost forgetting to breathe at some points. I always think that the use of flashbacks keeps the excitement ramped up and they are used very cleverly here. The identity of Emily's tormentor as well as their motive was a real shocker but there was more to come. The last page left me speechless and that's a rare occurrence for me. The author is a new one to me but I will be looking out for her books in the future.

I enjoyed this fast paced thriller, with a cleverly plotted storyline. A very twisty psychological read that will keep you on your toes. I think the theme of social media not necessarily being what it seems is hugely important in today's society, and provides a sense of realism to this book.

It's unnerving, immersive and well-crafted - a fantastic read.

A gripping physcological thriller. It makes your mind blow trying to work out if it's all in her head or if someone is out to get her. I read this page turner into the early hours of the morning. I still have goosebumps. Everyone should read this. Thank you Hera books and netgalley for this ARC all opinions are solely my own

A solid thriller which explores the question "is it all in her head, or is someone out to get her?". A fun read with lots of twists and turns!
