This book is great for anyone who needs ideas for quick stretching when the body feels stiff. It offers stretching ideas for every part of the body .

I think this is an excellent guide to stretching, the photographs and explanations are clear. I learnt a few new tips despite using stretches regularly the last 10 years. I will be buying a paper copy. Thanks to NetGalley and publisher for a digital copy to review.

Awesome book, explaining the biomechanics of the movements, perfect for anyone who wants to understand a bit more how each stretch works. Thanks for the opportunity to access this ARC.

I found this a useful reference book for improving and working on stretches. I've been working on home yoga for 18 months and this was a good complement to that. I especially appreciated the photos and the tips on how to make the poses work for different bodies and abilities. The parts where the author points out where you should feel the stretch were really good too, as it helped me to adjust my positioning if required. I'd definitely recommend this for people who want to work on improving strength and flexibility at home when you don't have an in person instructor.

I am currently working on making my own exercise and stretching plan to do at home and this has come in very handy. It is very informative and full of all the information I need to make the right choices and plans.

DK Books always does books like this well and I enjoy the way they lay them out and make them so easy to read and follow. I love the way to book is broken up into sections for different types of stretching and even for how to modify your stretches to suit your needs.

The photos help me immensely and help me to get the stretch right, the angles and the positioning. This is a book I can use and refer to.

A great book and a very useful book which I will continue to use to keep my body flexible and healthy.

The book starts with a lengthy introduction about stretching and breaks down each stretch, with much accompanying it about the body. It then gives you short sequence pictures that give you the '15 minute stretch'.

This book had great premise to me but unfortunately I found it far too wordy and hard to engage with. For a beginner, or someone with limited interest in the biomechanics but who just wants to stretch and build strength, it's very wordy and takes a long time before you get to 15 minutes stretches. I found it hard to engage with it, although admittedly this may be in part due to the format of reading it on an e-reader. I'd rather follow this in the form of videos online for example- although I can think of older friends who would prefer this format.

This is an excellent book. The explanations and illustrations are very clear and well written. It is well set out with different sections for exercises covering mobility, flexibility and strength stretches. I particularly like that it shows clearly where the stretch should be felt. Accompanying videos or YouTube would be good.

This is a lovely book with a great concept! Stretching is such a good thing we can do for our physical and mental health and who hasn't got 15 minutes to invest in their health and wellbeing?!

With introductory information that is both interesting and extensive, the book features 4 workouts - one devoted to waking up / energising the body and one each on posture, flexibility and strength. The stretches are well explained and come with sufficiently detailed photographs that I felt enabled me to follow along, I believe it is possible ti access video info if further visuals regarding the stretches are needed. Overall, a great resource!

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an honest review..
