A good informative introduction to the peri menopause and menopause.
The recipes included which symptoms they could assist with eg eases anxiety which was a nice touch.
I personally would have appreciated the addition of the nutritional information for each recipe as well.
Overall a good recipe book.

This is a different angle to most Menopause books.
The introduction to the Menopause / Peri Menopause is informative and neatly moves into how what you eat and drink can affect symptons.

Clear, easy to follow recipes, I like how they focus on the symptons they can help.

My only criticism is the lack of nutritional information with the recipes when at the start we are tols to focus on the balance of nutrients on our plates and to focus on increasing protein intake.

Excellent information in the introduction to the book.
Easy recipes to follow that don’t take much time to prepare and cook.
Each recipe gives you the symptoms it will aid during peri menopause / menopause
Good advice for alleviating symptoms by exercise and food choices.
I will be working my way through each recipe to find my favourites especially like the breakfast ideas.

As I’m not starting my peri menopausal journey I’m finding my body changing in ways I don’t yet understand. This book has so much information that is so useful, plus loads of tasty yet healthy recipes and explanations as to how they will help…I can’t wait to try some of them!
